Abstract
Description
図5に本発明の第2実施形態における浸漬器1を示す。浸漬器1の本体11は第1実施形態と同様の箱状であり、本体11の一端に結合される連結金具3も、その中心の円形領域に多数の小径の貫通穴314が形成されている以外は第1実施形態と同様である。これら貫通穴314は、浸漬器1の本体11の端壁12に形成された多数の貫通穴121にそれぞれ連通して、押出機2(図1)から出力されたPP樹脂Rtがこれら貫通穴314,121を経て整流された状態で本体11内に流入する。また浸漬器1の本体11の端壁13に結合される成形型5や本体11に覆着される蓋板17,18の構造も第1実施形態と同一である。したがって、第1実施形態と同一の部材には同一符号を付す。
上記各実施形態ではバサルト繊維を解繊した後に浸漬器へ供給したが、これは必ずしも必須の加工ではない。
上記各実施形態では通孔によってバサルト繊維を外方位置ないし内方位置に案内するようにしたが、通孔以外の構造で案内するようにしても良い。
上記各実施形態における熱可塑性樹脂材としてはPP樹脂以外にポリエチレン樹脂、ナイロン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂等が使用できる。また強化繊維としてはバサルト繊維以外にガラス繊維、炭素繊維等の無機繊維やアラミド繊維、アクリル繊維等の有機繊維が使用できる。
Claims (4)
- 強化繊維材内に熱可塑性樹脂材が含浸して一体化した筋金棒体を製造する方法であって、液状の熱可塑性樹脂材が貯留された貯留槽内に複数本の強化繊維材を通過させ、これら強化繊維材を、前記貯留槽内を通過する間に、その通過方向で径方向の外方位置から径方向の中心位置へ、周方向へ振れることなく収束させることと、径方向の中心位置から径方向の外方位置へ、周方向へ振れることなく拡散させることを少なくとも一回繰り返すようにし、かつ複数ある前記外方位置を、前記中心位置から径方向外方の同一距離に設定したことを特徴とする筋金棒体の製造方法。
- 前記強化繊維材を貯留槽内に通過させるのに先立ってバルキ加工を施した請求項1に記載の筋金棒体の製造方法。
- 前記貯留槽を箱状の浸漬器で構成し、当該浸漬器の空間内に、前記強化繊維材の通過方向へ複数のガイド部材を設置して、一の前記ガイド部材で前記強化繊維材を前記外方位置へ案内するとともに、隣接する他の前記ガイド部材で前記強化繊維材を前記中心位置へ案内するようにした、請求項1に記載の筋金棒体の製造方法に使用する浸漬器。
- 前記一のガイド部材には前記強化繊維材を通過させる通孔を前記外方位置に形成し、前記他のガイド部材には前記強化繊維材を通過させる通孔を前記中心位置に形成した請求項3に記載の浸漬器。
