永久磁石型ロータアセンブリに関するものである。
関するものであって、
円柱形状シャフトを形成し、
内径(ΦX)を有した円筒形磁石ハウジングを形成し、この場合、内径(ΦX)を、円柱形状シャフトの外径から締まり嵌め分(IF1)を差し引いた大きさに対応したものとし、さらに、円筒形磁石ハウジングを磁性材料から形成し、
円筒形磁石ハウジング内に、環状セグメントの一部を構成する複数の磁性構成部材あるいは磁化可能な構成部材を組み込み、
複数の磁性構成部材あるいは磁化可能な構成部材を、円筒形磁石ハウジング内に組み込み、磁化可能な構成部材を磁化することによって複数の永久磁石を形成し、
円筒形磁石ハウジング内に前記磁化可能な構成部材として組み込まれて形成された複数の永久磁石の周りに外側保持スリーブを挿入し、
円柱形状シャフトを円筒形磁石ハウジングの内径内へと挿入する
方法に関するものである。

Claims (5)
- 永久磁石型ロータアセンブリを製造するための方法であって、
円柱形状シャフト(1)を形成し、
内径(ΦX)を有した円筒形磁石ハウジング(21;21a,21b,21c)を形成し、この場合、前記内径(ΦX)を、前記円柱形状シャフト(1)の外径から嵌め合い公差分(IF1)を差し引いた大きさに対応したものとし、ここで、(IF1)は、前記円柱形状シャフト(1)の外径と、前記円筒形磁石ハウジング(21;21a,21b,21c)の前記内径(ΦX)との間の嵌め合い公差であり、さらに、前記円筒形磁石ハウジング(21;21a,21b,21c)を磁性材料から形成し、
前記円筒形磁石ハウジング(21;21a,21b,21c)内に、複数の磁化可能な構成部材(22)を組み込み、
前記複数の前記磁化可能な構成部材(22)を、前記円筒形磁石ハウジング(21;21a,21b,21c)内に組み込み、前記磁化可能な構成部材を磁化することによって複数の永久磁石(22)を形成し、
前記円筒形磁石ハウジング(21;21a,21b,21c)内に前記磁化可能な構成部材として組み込まれて形成された前記複数の永久磁石(22)の周りに外側保持スリーブ(23,23’)を挿入し、
前記円柱形状シャフト(1)を前記円筒形磁石ハウジング(21;21a,21b,21c)の前記内径(ΦX)内へと挿入する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、
前記円筒形磁石ハウジング(21;21a,21b,21c)内への、複数の磁化可能な構成部材(22)の組み込みにおいては、前記磁化可能な構成部材(22)を磁化することによって複数の永久磁石を形成する前に、前記磁化可能な構成部材を機械加工する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2記載の方法において、
前記磁化可能な構成部材(22)を、接着によってあるいは成型によってあるいは押圧によって、前記円筒形磁石ハウジング(21;21a,21b,21c)内に組み込むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記円筒形磁石ハウジング(21)を、1つの円筒形状部分と2つの閉塞フランジ部分とからなる一体部材として形成することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記円筒形磁石ハウジング(21a,21b,21c)を、中央の円筒形部分(21a)と、互いに個別的とされた2つの閉塞フランジ(21b,21c)と、を有するものとすることを特徴とする方法。
