を有する。MBは二価の金属の群から選択される。殊に、MBはマグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、亜鉛およびそれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択される。有利には、MBはカルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウムまたはそれらの組み合わせである。殊にMBはストロンチウムである。Eは、ユーロピウム、マンガン、セリウム、イッテルビウムおよびそれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択される。殊に、EはEu3+、Eu2+、Ce3+、Yb3+、Yb2+および/またはMn4+である。0<x<0.875である。殊に0.45<x<0.55である。有利にはx=0.5である。

Claims (18)
- 式(MB)Li3-2xAl1+2xO4-4xN4x:E
[式中、
MBは、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Znおよびそれらの組み合わせを含む二価の金属の群から選択され、
Eは、Eu、Mn、Ce、Ybおよびそれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択され、且つ
0<x<0.875である]
を有する蛍光体。 - 正方晶系の空間群P42/mで結晶化する、請求項1に記載の蛍光体。
- x=0.5であり、前記蛍光体が式(MB)Li2Al2O2N2:E
[式中、
MBは、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Znまたはそれらの組み合わせを含む二価の金属の群から選択され、且つ
Eは、Eu、Mn、Ce、Ybおよびそれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択される]
を有する、請求項1または2に記載の蛍光体。 - 赤色のスペクトル範囲の電磁的な光を発する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体。
- 最大ピーク波長614nm±10nmおよび/または半値幅60nm未満を有する発光スペクトルを有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体。
- 前記半値幅が55nm未満である、請求項5に記載の蛍光体。
- UCr4C4型の結晶構造では結晶化しない、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体。
- MBが、Ca、Sr、Baまたはそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体。
- MBが、Srである、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体。
- Eが、Euである、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体。
- 少なくともUVおよび/または青色のスペクトル範囲からの光で励起可能である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体を含む照明装置。
- ・ 電磁的な一次光を発するように構成されている半導体積層構造、
・ 蛍光体を含み且つ前記電磁的な一次光を少なくとも部分的に電磁的な二次光に変換する変換要素
を有する、請求項12に記載の照明装置。 - 前記蛍光体が前記電磁的な一次光を電磁的な二次光に完全に変換して、照明装置の全体的な光が赤色の波長範囲から選択される、請求項12または13に記載の照明装置。
- 前記変換要素が、緑色のスペクトル範囲からの光を発するように構成されている第2の蛍光体、および赤色のスペクトル範囲からの光を発するように構成されている第3の蛍光体を含む、請求項12または13に記載の照明装置。
- 自動車用のライトとして形成されている、請求項12から15までのいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記照明装置の全体的な光が白色の混合光である、請求項12から16までのいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 表示装置のバックライトとしての請求項12から15までのいずれか1項または請求項17に記載の照明装置の使用。
