前記管理モジュールは、前記熱管理流体が流れることができるように、前記電池モジュールの前記収容空間と連通しており、且つ、前記熱管理流体に浸されていて前記電池セル及び前記熱管理流体に関する情報を感知することができる少なくとも1つの感知ユニットを備えている電池システムを提供する。

Claims (7)
- 電気車両に適用され、所定の熱管理流体を用いて熱管理を行なうことができ、且つ、複数の電池モジュールと、管理モジュールと、を備えている電池システムであって、
各前記電池モジュールは、互いに並列していて且つそれぞれが両端にそれぞれ第1の端子及び第2の端子を有している複数の電池セルと、前記複数の電池セル及び前記熱管理流体を収容している収容空間を画成しているケーシングと、各前記電池セルの前記第1の端子を電気的に接続している第1の接続ユニットと、各前記電池セルの前記第2の端子を電気的に接続している第2の接続ユニットと、を備えており、且つ、前記熱管理流体が前記収容空間を通って流れることにより、前記収容空間内にある前記複数の電池セルに対して熱管理を行なうことができ、
該複数の前記電池モジュールは、互いに積み重ねられている上、すべての前記収容空間が互いに連通するように配置されていると共に、すべての前記複数の電池セルがそれぞれの前記第1の接続ユニット及び前記第2の接続ユニットを介して互いに電気的に接続されており、
前記管理モジュールは、前記熱管理流体が流れることができるように、前記電池モジュールの前記収容空間と連通しており、且つ、前記熱管理流体に浸されていて前記電池セル及び前記熱管理流体に関する情報を感知することができる少なくとも1つの感知ユニットを備えていて、
前記熱管理流体は、すべての前記電池モジュールにおける前記ケーシングの前記収容空間を通って流れることができ、
前記管理モジュールは、ハウシングと、第1の回路基板と、を具えており、
前記ハウシングは、前記収容空間における前記複数の電池モジュールのうちの先頭の1つまたは末尾の1つが位置する側と連通していると共に、前記熱管理流体が流れることができる内室を画成しており、
前記第1の回路基板は、前記熱管理流体に浸されるように前記内室内に配置されていると共に、前記感知ユニットが感知した情報を受信且つ管理する機能を有している、
ことを特徴とする電池システム。 - 前記ハウシングの前記内室は、前記収容空間における前記複数の電池モジュールのうちの先頭の1つが位置する側と連通されていて、前記内室における前記熱管理流体が前記先頭の電池モジュールの前記収容空間へ流れ得る、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池システム。 - 各前記第1の接続ユニットは、それぞれ対応する前記電池モジュールにおける各前記電池セルの前記第1の端子に接続されている複数の第1の接続部を有しており、
前記感知ユニットは、前記第1の回路基板に取り付けられている接続センサと流量センサ、及び、それぞれ対応する前記電池モジュールの前記収容空間内に配置されている複数の感圧センサと複数の温度センサ、を有しており、
前記接続センサは、前記先頭の1つの電池モジュールにおけるいずれか2つの前記第1の接続部と電気的に接続されていて前記2つの第1の接続部の間の電気抵抗を測定することができ、
前記流量センサは、前記熱管理流体の流量を感知することができ、
前記感圧センサは、前記収容空間内にある前記熱管理流体の液圧を感知することができ、且つ、前記第1の回路基板と電気的に接続されていて前記第1の回路基板と前記液圧に関するデータを通信することができ、
前記温度センサは、前記収容空間内にある前記熱管理流体の温度を感知することができ、且つ、前記第1の回路基板と電気的に接続されていて前記第1の回路基板と前記温度に関するデータを通信することができる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池システム。 - 各前記第1の接続ユニットは、それぞれ対応する前記電池モジュールにおける各前記電池セルの前記第1の端子に接続されている複数の第1の接続部を有しており、
前記管理モジュールは、前記感知ユニットを複数備えており、
各前記感知ユニットは、対応する前記電池モジュールの前記収容空間内に配置されており、且つ、第2の回路基板、及び、それぞれ前記第2の回路基板に設けられている接続センサと流量センサと感圧センサと温度センサ、を有しており、
前記接続センサは、対応する前記電池モジュールにおけるいずれか2つの前記第1の接続部と電気的に接続されていて前記2つの第1の接続部の間の電気抵抗を測定することができ、
前記流量センサは、対応する前記収容空間内にある前記熱管理流体の流量を感知することができ、
前記感圧センサは、対応する前記収容空間内にある前記熱管理流体の液圧を感知することができ、
前記温度センサは、対応する前記収容空間内にある前記熱管理流体の温度を感知することができる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池システム。 - 各前記感知ユニットは、対応する前記第2の回路基板に取り付けられていると共に、前記対応する前記第2の回路基板上に取り付けられている前記接続センサと前記流量センサと前記感圧センサと前記温度センサとが感知した情報に関するデータを送信することができる無線送信装置を更に有しており、
前記管理モジュールは、前記第1の回路基板に設けられていると共に、前記無線送信装置から送信された前記データを受信することができる無線受信装置を更に具えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池システム。 - 前記第2の回路基板は、前記第1の回路基板と電気的に接続されていて、前記接続センサと前記流量センサと前記感圧センサと前記温度センサとが感知した情報に関するデータを前記第1の回路基板に送信することができるものである、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池システム。 - 前記感圧センサは、いずれもMEMSセンサである、
ことを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の電池システム。
