Claims (7)
- 第1方向に沿って搬送される照射対象物に対して光を照射する光照射装置であって、
複数のLED素子を有し、前記第1方向と直交する第2方向から前記照射対象物に光を照射する光源ユニットと、
前記照射対象物の搬送路を挟んで前記光源ユニットと対向して配置され、前記光源ユニットから照射された光が外部に漏れないように遮光する遮光ユニットと、
を備え、
前記遮光ユニットは、
前記光源ユニットから照射された光を吸収する光吸収部材と、
前記光吸収部材の少なくとも一部を収容して、支持する筐体と、
前記筐体と前記光吸収部材との間に形成され、冷却風が流れる風洞と、
を有し、
前記筐体は、前記搬送路側に開口を有する箱形の形状を呈し、該開口の少なくとも一部に、外部から前記風洞内に空気を導入する第1の吸気口が形成されている
ことを特徴とする光照射装置。 - 前記筐体は、前記第1方向及び前記第2方向と直交する第3方向の一端部に、外部から前記風洞内に空気を導入する第2の吸気口を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記第1方向及び前記第2方向と直交する第3方向の他端部に、前記風洞内の空気を外部に排気する排気ファンを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光照射装置。
- 第1方向に沿って搬送される照射対象物に対して光を照射する光照射装置であって、
複数のLED素子を有し、前記第1方向と直交する第2方向から前記照射対象物に光を照射する光源ユニットと、
前記照射対象物の搬送路を挟んで前記光源ユニットと対向して配置され、前記光源ユニットから照射された光が外部に漏れないように遮光する遮光ユニットと、
を備え、
前記遮光ユニットは、
前記光源ユニットから照射された光を吸収する光吸収部材と、
前記光吸収部材の少なくとも一部を収容して、支持する筐体と、
前記筐体と前記光吸収部材との間に形成され、冷却風が流れる風洞と、
を有し、
前記光吸収部材は、前記搬送路側に開口を有する箱形の形状を呈し、前記筐体との間に所定の間隔を空けて前記筐体に取り付けられていることを特徴とする光照射装置。 - 前記光吸収部材は、内面に黒色の無電解ニッケルめっき、又はクロムめっきを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光照射装置。
- 第1方向に沿って搬送される照射対象物に対して光を照射する光照射装置であって、
複数のLED素子を有し、前記第1方向と直交する第2方向から前記照射対象物に光を照射する光源ユニットと、
前記照射対象物の搬送路を挟んで前記光源ユニットと対向して配置され、前記光源ユニットから照射された光が外部に漏れないように遮光する遮光ユニットと、
を備え、
前記遮光ユニットは、
前記光源ユニットから照射された光を吸収する光吸収部材と、
前記光吸収部材の少なくとも一部を収容して、支持する筐体と、
前記筐体と前記光吸収部材との間に形成され、冷却風が流れる風洞と、
を有し、
前記光源ユニットと前記遮光ユニットの一端部が、ヒンジを介して接続されていることを特徴とする光照射装置。 - 前記光源ユニットから出射される光が紫外光であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の光照射装置。
