Description
最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
本開示の配線部材の固定構造の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
以下、実施形態に係る配線部材の固定構造について説明する。図1は、実施形態に係る配線部材の固定構造1を示す斜視図である。図2は、実施形態に係る配線部材の固定構造1を製造する様子を示す説明図である。
接着部材10の加熱は、誘導加熱装置80によって行うことができる。係る誘導加熱装置80の一例について先に説明する。
次に、配線部材の固定構造1が形成された状態で、高周波誘導加熱を行った場合について考える。例えば、車両の廃車時又は修理時など、被着体30から複数の線状伝送部材20を取り外す必要が有る際に、高周波誘導加熱を用いて取り外す場合などが想定される。
実施形態において、被着体30のうち接着部材10が接着する部分が、樹脂製であるものとして説明してきたが、このことは必須の構成ではない。被着体30のうち接着部材10が接着する部分が、金属製であることも考えられる。係る被着体30として、金属製ボディの各部分、インパネ用などの各種リインフォースメント、スカッフプレート、座席用のスライドレールなどの自動車に搭載される各種金属部材を採用できる。

Claims (6)
- 導電性を有する面状の基体と、前記基体の一方主面に設けられた第1のホットメルト接着剤と、前記基体の他方主面に設けられた第2のホットメルト接着剤と、を含む接着部材と、
前記接着部材に対して前記基体の一方主面側で前記第1のホットメルト接着剤と接着している線状伝送部材と、
前記接着部材に対して前記基体の他方主面側で前記第2のホットメルト接着剤と接着している被着体と、
を備え、
前記第1のホットメルト接着剤は、前記第2のホットメルト接着剤よりも前記線状伝送部材に接着しやすい、配線部材の固定構造。 - 請求項1に記載の配線部材の固定構造であって、
前記第1のホットメルト接着剤と前記線状伝送部材の被覆とが同系統の樹脂を材料として形成されている、配線部材の固定構造。 - 導電性を有する面状の基体と、前記基体の一方主面に設けられた第1のホットメルト接着剤と、前記基体の他方主面に設けられた第2のホットメルト接着剤と、を含む接着部材と、
前記接着部材に対して前記基体の一方主面側で前記第1のホットメルト接着剤と接着している線状伝送部材と、
前記接着部材に対して前記基体の他方主面側で前記第2のホットメルト接着剤と接着している被着体と、
を備え、
前記第2のホットメルト接着剤は、前記第1のホットメルト接着剤よりも前記被着体に接着しやすい、配線部材の固定構造。 - 請求項3に記載の配線部材の固定構造であって、
前記第2のホットメルト接着剤と前記被着体とが同系統の樹脂を材料として形成されている、配線部材の固定構造。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の配線部材の固定構造であって、
前記線状伝送部材が金属製の線状の芯線と前記芯線を覆う絶縁被覆とを含む電線である、配線部材の固定構造。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の配線部材の固定構造であって、
前記第1のホットメルト接着剤に前記線状伝送部材が複数接着されており、
高周波誘導加熱が行われたときに、前記第2のホットメルト接着剤と前記被着体との接着状態が、前記第1のホットメルト接着剤と前記線状伝送部材との接着状態よりも解消されやすく形成されている、配線部材の固定構造。
