Claims (5)
- シリンダ装置であって、該シリンダ装置は、
作動流体が封入された第1シリンダと、
前記第1シリンダ内に摺動可能に嵌装され、該第1シリンダ内をロッド側室とボトム側室に区画する第1ピストンと、
前記第1ピストンに設けられ、前記ロッド側室とボトム側室を連通する油路と、
前記油路を流通する作動流体の移動を抑制し減衰力を発生させるディスクバルブと、
前記第1ピストンに連結されるピストンロッドと、
前記第1シリンダの一端側に設けられて前記ピストンロッドを挿通させて閉塞する閉塞部材と、
前記ピストンロッドが伸びて前記第1シリンダ内の端部に向けて移動するときに作動するストッパ機構と、を備えており、
前記ストッパ機構は、
少なくとも外周の一部が前記第1シリンダと摺動すると共に前記ピストンロッドに対して移動可能に設けられた第2シリンダであって、前記第1シリンダの一端側の底部と、該底部から前記第1シリンダの他端側に延びる筒部とを有する前記第2シリンダと、
前記ピストンロッドの移動に伴って移動し前記第2シリンダに嵌装可能に設けられる第2ピストンと、
前記第2シリンダと前記閉塞部材との間に設けられるばね部材と、を備え、
前記第2シリンダには、前記底部に設けられ、該第2シリンダ内周と前記閉塞部材側の室とを連通する第1連通路が設けられ、
該第1連通路には、前記ピストンロッドの伸び行程では前記第1連通路の通路面積を小さくし、前記ピストンロッドの縮み行程では前記第1連通路の通路面積を大きくする通路面積可変機構が設けられていることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のシリンダ装置において、
前記通路面積可変機構は、逆止弁であることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のシリンダ装置において、
前記第2シリンダには、前記第1シリンダ内の前記閉塞部材側と前記第1ピストン側とを常時連通する第2連通路が設けられていることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 請求項3に記載のシリンダ装置において、
前記第2連通路は、前記第1シリンダの内周と前記第2シリンダの外周との間で形成されていることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 請求項1ないし4の何れか1項に記載のシリンダ装置において、
前記第2シリンダは、樹脂材で形成されていることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。
