Claims (14)
- 外科組立体であって、前記外科組立体は、

前記器具駆動ユニットと前記外科装填ユニットとを相互接続する器具駆動コネクタと
を備え、
前記器具駆動コネクタは、ロック組立体を支持し、
前記ロック組立体は、
非ロック位置とロック位置との間で移動可能である第1の駆動部材であって、前記非ロック位置において、前記第1の駆動部材は、前記外科装填ユニットの前記器具駆動コネクタへの取り付けまたは取り外しを防止せず、前記ロック位置において、前記第1の駆動部材は、前記外科装填ユニットの前記器具駆動コネクタへの取り付けまたは取り外しを防止する、第1の駆動部材と、
前記器具駆動ユニットに動作可能に連結された第1の駆動ねじと、
前記第1の駆動ねじによって駆動される第1の駆動ナットであって、前記第1の駆動部材に連結された第1の駆動ナットと
を含み、
前記第1の駆動ナットは、前記器具駆動コネクタを装填状態および非装填状態およびロック状態に移動させるように駆動可能であり、
前記装填状態において、前記第1の駆動部材は、前記非ロック位置と前記ロック位置との間で自由に移動することが可能であり、
前記非装填状態において、前記第1の駆動部材は、前記非ロック位置に駆動され、
前記ロック状態において、前記第1の駆動部材は、前記ロック位置に駆動される、外科組立体。 - 前記器具駆動コネクタは、ハウジング組立体と、前記ハウジング組立体から遠位に延びている細長いシャフトとを含み、前記器具駆動ユニットは、前記ハウジング組立体に連結されており、前記外科装填ユニットは、前記細長いシャフトに連結されている、請求項1に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記第1の駆動ねじおよび前記第1の駆動ナットは、前記器具駆動コネクタの前記ハウジング組立体内に配置されている、請求項2に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記第1の駆動部材は、前記ハウジング組立体内に配置された近位端と、前記細長いシャフト内に配置された遠位端とを含む、請求項2に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記第1の駆動ねじは、前記ハウジング組立体内に回転可能に配置されている、請求項2に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記ロック組立体は、前記第1の駆動ねじの長手方向の移動を生じさせることなく前記ハウジング組立体に対する前記第1の駆動ねじの回転を容易にするために、前記第1の駆動ねじの近位端の周りに配置された近位軸受と、前記第1の駆動ねじの遠位端の周りに配置された遠位軸受とを含む、請求項5に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記第1の駆動ナットは、前記第1の駆動ねじと螺合されて、それらに対して長手方向に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記器具駆動コネクタは、ハウジング組立体を含み、前記第1の駆動ナットは、その外面から延びているレールを含み、前記レールは、前記ハウジング組立体内に形成された溝内に摺動可能に配置されている、請求項7に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記第1の駆動部材の近位端は、前記第1の駆動ナットに連結されており、かつ、それに対して摺動可能である、請求項1に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記第1の駆動部材の前記近位端は、前記第1の駆動ナットのスリット内に移動可能に配置されたウイングを含む、請求項9に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記第1の駆動部材の前記ウイングは、長手方向のスロットを含み、前記第1の駆動ナットは、前記長手方向の前記スロット内に配置されたロッドを含み、前記第1の駆動ナットが前記第1の駆動ねじに沿って近位にまたは遠位に移動すると、前記ロッドは、前記長手方向の前記スロット内を前記長手方向に移動する、請求項10に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記器具駆動ユニットは、出力駆動カプラを有するモータを含み、前記出力駆動カプラは、前記ロック組立体の前記第1の駆動ねじに動力および作動力を伝達するために前記モータに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記ロック組立体は、前記第1の駆動ねじに機械的に係合された第1の入力駆動カプラを含み、前記第1の入力駆動カプラは、前記器具駆動ユニットの前記出力駆動カプラを係合するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の外科組立体。
- 前記ハウジング組立体は、その側面を通る開口部を画定し、前記第1の駆動ナットは、前記第1の駆動ナットの手動移動のために、前記開口部を通って指スイッチの中まで延びているタブを含む、請求項2に記載の外科組立体。
