また、本開示の超音波センサは、筒状のケースと、該ケースの一端側開口に挿着された音響整合部と、該音響整合部の内面に貼り付けられた圧電素子とを備える。前記音響整合部は、前記圧電素子の貼り付けられた面に沿って切断した断面で見たときに内側から外側にかけて少なくとも2層の音響整合層を含む。前記音響整合部は、円板状の第一音響整合層と、伸縮性を有する帯状の第二音響整合層とを含み、前記第二音響整合層は、前記第一音響整合層の外周面に、周方向に伸長した状態で少なくとも半周にわたって配設されている。

Claims (11)
- 筒状のケースと、該ケースの一端側開口に挿着された音響整合部と、該音響整合部の内面に貼り付けられた圧電素子とを備え、前記音響整合部は、前記圧電素子の貼り付けられた面に沿って切断した断面で見たときに内側から外側にかけて少なくとも2層の音響整合層を含み、
前記音響整合部は、前記圧電素子の貼り付けられた面に沿って切断した断面で見たときの内側に配置された円板状の第一音響整合層と、該第一音響整合層の外側に配置された環状の第二音響整合層とを含み、前記圧電素子は前記第二音響整合層よりも内側の領域にあることを特徴とする超音波センサ。 - 前記2層の音響整合層は材質が異なっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波センサ。
- 前記第一音響整合層の半径は前記第二音響整合層の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波センサ。
- 筒状のケースと、該ケースの一端側開口に挿着された音響整合部と、該音響整合部の内面に貼り付けられた圧電素子とを備え、前記音響整合部は、前記圧電素子の貼り付けられた面に沿って切断した断面で見たときに内側から外側にかけて少なくとも2層の音響整合層を含み、
前記音響整合部は、円板状の第一音響整合層と、伸縮性を有する帯状の第二音響整合層とを含み、前記第二音響整合層は、前記第一音響整合層の外周面に、周方向に伸長した状態で少なくとも半周にわたって配設されている、超音波センサ。 - 前記第二音響整合層は、前記第一音響整合層の前記外周面に1周以上巻回され、前記第二音響整合層の互いに対向する部分同士が固定されている、請求項4に記載の超音波センサ。
- 前記第二音響整合層は、前記第一音響整合層の前記外周面に2周以上巻回されている、請求項5に記載の超音波センサ。
- 前記第一音響整合層の互いに対向する部分同士の境界に接合材が配設されている、請求項5または6に記載の超音波センサ。
- 前記第一音響整合層と前記第二音響整合層との境界に接合材が配設されている、請求項4~7のいずれかに記載の超音波センサ。
- 前記接合材の、前記第一音響整合層の径方向における厚みが、前記第一音響整合層の周方向において変化している、請求項7または8に記載の超音波センサ。
- 前記音響整合部の内面に垂直な方向に見たときに、前記圧電素子の図心と、前記第一音響整合層の図心とがずれている、請求項4~9のいずれかに記載の超音波センサ。
- 前記音響整合部は、最も外側にある音響整合層が前記ケースに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の超音波センサ。
