Description
本出願は、2018年12月13日に提出された発明名称が「電池モジュール」の中国特許出願第201811526885.3号の優先権を主張し、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
本出願の一側面の実施形態によれば、保護部材は、二次電池パックを覆っている。
本出願の一側面の前記いずれかの実施形態によれば、保護部材は、絶縁部材であり、及び/又は、全体として板状構造に形成されている。

Claims (12)
- 中空室(11)と、前記中空室(11)に長手方向(X)に沿って連通する開口(12)とが設けられたケース(10)と、
前記中空室(11)内に設けられ、前記中空室(11)の幅方向(Y)に沿って互いに積層して設けられた2つ以上の二次電池(21)を含む二次電池パック(20)と、
前記二次電池パック(20)の前記長手方向(X)及び前記幅方向(Y)に垂直な高さ方向(Z)における少なくとも一方側に設けられた保護部材(40)と、を備え、
前記保護部材(40)は、前記二次電池パック(20)と前記ケース(10)との間に位置しており、前記二次電池パック(20)を覆って前記ケース(10)に摺動可能に接続され、前記保護部材(40)には、貫通孔(42)が設けられ、前記貫通孔(42)が前記保護部材(40)を前記高さ方向(Z)に沿って貫通している、電池モジュール(1)。 - 前記保護部材(40)及び前記ケース(10)の一方にガイド溝(13)が設けられ、他方に前記ガイド溝(13)に摺動係合するスライダ(41)が設けられており、前記ガイド溝(13)及び前記スライダ(41)は、何れも前記長手方向(X)に沿って延びている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(1)。
- 前記ガイド溝(13)は、前記ケース(10)の前記二次電池パック(20)に対向する面に設けられ、前記ケース(10)を前記長手方向(X)に沿って貫通し、前記スライダ(41)は、前記保護部材(40)の前記ケース(10)に対向する面に位置し、前記長手方向(X)において、前記スライダ(41)の長さは、前記保護部材(40)の長さと同じである、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール(1)。
- 前記ケース(10)は、前記高さ方向(Z)において対向して設けられた第1のプレート(14)及び第2のプレート(15)を有し、前記保護部材(40)は、前記第1のプレート(14)と前記二次電池パック(20)との間に位置する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール(1)。
- 前記第2のプレート(15)と前記二次電池パック(20)との間に設けられ、充放電時に前記二次電池パック(20)に発生する熱を前記第2のプレート(15)に導く接着剤を更に備える、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール(1)。
- 前記第2のプレート(15)には、前記高さ方向(Z)に沿って貫通し、前記中空室(11)内に液状コロイドを注入するための接着剤注入孔(151)が設けられている、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール(1)。
- 前記スライダ(41)の数は2つ以上であり、2つ以上の前記スライダ(41)は、前記幅方向(Y)に沿って互いに離間して設けられており、前記ガイド溝(13)の数は、前記スライダ(41)の数以上であり、各前記スライダ(41)は、前記ガイド溝(13)の1つと対向して設けられて摺動可能に接続されている、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール(1)。
- 前記貫通孔(42)の数は1つであり、前記貫通孔(42)は、前記長手方向(X)に沿って延びるストリップホールであり、又は、
前記貫通孔(42)の数は2つ以上であり、2つ以上の前記貫通孔(42)は、前記長手方向(X)に沿って互いに離間して設けられている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(1)。 - 前記保護部材(40)は、絶縁部材であり、及び/又は、全体として板状構造に形成されている、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール(1)。
- 前記開口(12)に設けられ、前記保護部材(40)に着脱自在に接続されているハーネス仕切板(50)を更に備える、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール(1)。
- 係止部材(60)を更に備え、前記ハーネス仕切板(50)及び前記保護部材(40)は、前記係止部材(60)によって着脱自在に接続され、前記係止部材(60)は、互いに係合する第1の係止具(61)及び第2の係止具(62)を含み、前記第1の係止具(61)は、前記保護部材(40)及び前記ハーネス仕切板(50)の一方に接続され、前記第2の係止具(62)は、前記保護部材(40)及び前記ハーネス仕切板(50)の他方に接続されている、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール(1)。
- 前記第1の係止具(61)は、前記幅方向(Y)に沿って延びる柱体(611)と、2つ以上の接続ブロック(612)とを備え、2つ以上の前記接続ブロック(612)は、前記幅方向(Y)に沿って間隔をおいて前記柱体(611)に設けられ、隣り合う2つの前記接続ブロック(612)の間には、係止溝(613)が形成され、
前記第2の係止具(62)は、前記係止溝(613)の数と同じ数の係止爪(621)を備え、前記係止爪(621)は、挟持口(621a)を有し、前記係止爪(621)は、部分的に前記係止溝(613)に入り込んで前記挟持口(621a)を囲むように形成された壁部によって前記柱体(611)が係止され固定されている、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール(1)。
