Description
電池構造体1は、図2、図3に示すように、セル缶10及び封口体11で構成される容器内に、第1電極体2Aと第2電極体2Bとの2つの電極体が収納されることにより構成されている。
正極端子12は、図6、図7に示すように、封口体11の長さ方向の一方端部側に配置され、封口体11を貫通し、封口体11の上面に突出して露出している。封口体11の裏面には、正極端子12と電気的に接続される内部接続用バスバー121が設けられている。これら正極端子12及び内部接続用バスバー121と封口体11との間には、絶縁材122が設けられ、導電性の封口体11との間で電気的な絶縁が図られている。

Claims (8)
- 正極集電部及び負極集電部をそれぞれ有する複数個の電極体が、一つの導電性の容器に収納された電池構造体であって、
前記容器は、天面に導電性の封口体を備え、
第1電極体の前記負極集電部と第2電極体の前記正極集電部とが、前記封口体の裏面に直接に電気的に接続されることにより、前記第1電極体と前記第2電極体とが直列接続されており、
前記第1電極体の前記負極集電部と前記第2電極体の前記正極集電部とは、前記第1電極体の前記正極集電部と前記第2電極体の前記負極集電部との間に配置されている、電池構造体。 - 前記封口体は、前記第1電極体の前記負極集電部との接続部位と、前記第2電極体の前記正極集電部との接続部位と、で挟まれる領域よりも外側に、圧力解放弁及び/又は注液口を有する、請求項1に記載の電池構造体。
- 正極集電部及び負極集電部をそれぞれ有する複数個の電極体が、一つの導電性の容器に収納された電池構造体であって、
前記容器は、天面に導電性の封口体を備え、

前記封口体は、前記第1電極体の前記負極集電部との接続部位と、前記第2電極体の前記正極集電部との接続部位と、で挟まれる領域よりも外側に、圧力解放弁及び/又は注液口を有する、電池構造体。 - 前記容器は、前記第1電極体の前記正極集電部に電気的に接続される正極端子と、前記第2電極体の前記負極集電部に電気的に接続される負極端子と、が外部に露出する導電性の端子面を備え、
前記第1電極体の前記負極集電部と前記第2電極体の前記正極集電部とが、前記端子面に電気的に接続される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電池構造体。 - 前記端子面は、前記封口体により構成される、請求項4に記載の電池構造体。
- 前記第1電極体と前記第2電極体との間、前記第1電極体と前記容器の内面との間、及び、前記第2電極体と前記容器の内面との間、にそれぞれ絶縁部材を有し、
前記絶縁部材は、天面側が開放されている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池構造体。 - 前記第1電極体の負極集電材料と、前記第2電極体の正極集電材料と、前記容器の材料と、は同一の合金種である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電池構造体。
- 前記第1電極体の負極及び前記第2電極体の負極における負極活物質が酸化物であり、前記第1電極体の前記負極集電材料と、前記第2電極体の前記正極集電材料と、前記容器の材料と、はアルミニウム合金である、請求項7に記載の電池構造体。
