Claims (15)
- 電気化学的電池(1)であって、
少なくとも1つの電極スタック(4)と、
少なくとも1つの電極スタック(4)に接続された少なくとも1つの集電体(3)と、
電極スタック(4)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む外被(2,10)とを含み、
少なくとも1つの集電体(3)が、部分的に外被(2,10)を貫いて開口(9)から延びており、
外被(2,10)が、導電性材料から作られた第1の層(5)を有しており、
少なくとも開口(9)の領域にて、絶縁体(6,8)が外被(2,10)の第1の層(5)と、集電体(3)との間に配置されている電気化学的電池。 - 絶縁体(6,8)は、集電体(3)に突き当てられている第1の部分(17)と、集電体(3)から間隔をおいて配置された第2の部分(18)とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 絶縁体(6,8)の第1の部分(17)と、絶縁体(6,8)の第2の部分(18)とが互いに角度をなして配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 外被(2,10)の第1の層(5)が、少なくとも部分的に、絶縁体の第1の部分(17)と第2の部分(18)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。
- 外被(2,10)の第1の層(5)が第1の部分(19)とが第2の部分(20)を有しており、この第1の部分(19)が、絶縁体(6,8)の第1の部分(17)または絶縁体(6,8)のその他の部分に突き当てられており、
第1の層(5)の第1の部分(19)と、第1の層(5)の第2の部分(20)とが互いに角度をなして配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。 - 外被(2,10)の第1の層(5)における第1の部分(19)が絶縁体(6,8)の第1の部分(17)に突き当てられており、外被(2,10)の第1の層(5)における第2の部分(20)が絶縁体(6,8)の第2の部分(20)に突き当てられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。
- 絶縁体(6,8)が、開口(9)の領域で第1の層(5)より外側へと突き出していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。
- 絶縁体(6)が、外被(2,10)を構成する部分または部材であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。
- 外被(2,10)は多層で構成されており、第1の層(5)の内部に配置された、特に絶縁層材料からなる、特に樹脂層からなる第2の層(6)を有しており、第2の層は絶縁体を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。
- 外被(2,10)が、少なくとも部分的に、包装シートまたはその他のシート(2)から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。
- 外被(2,10)が、少なくとも部分的に熱伝導プレート(10)から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。
- 外被(2,10)と集電体(3)との間に、絶縁体をなす別個のシール材(8)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。
- 絶縁体(6,8)、及び/または外被(2,10)の第1の層(5)は、開口(9)の領域にて位置が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。
- 材料同士の接着による固定、固定部材による固定、またはその他により、外被(2,10)の第1の層(5)、及び/または絶縁体(6,8)が、折り返された状態で固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の電気化学的電池。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの電気化学的電池を備える電気化学的エネルギー蓄積装置。
