Claims (7)
- 相互積層して配列され、電気的に直列接続または並列接続したパウチ型バッテリーセルを備えたバッテリーモジュールであって、
いずれか一つのパウチ型バッテリーセルの電極リードに向けて他のパウチ型バッテリーセルの電極リードが偏向して一端部が重なり、
前記パウチ型バッテリーセルの各々は、テラスと電極リードとの境界部分が前記電極リードの偏向方向へ曲げられるように処理されたR曲げ部を有することを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記R曲げ部はラウンド形態を有し、前記テラスは先端部が前記R曲げ部で最も凹んだ部分に位置するように曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 少なくとも二つ以上の正極リードの一端部が重なって一直線に延びて設けられる正極リード群と、前記正極リード群と同じ方向へ前記正極リードの個数と同じ個数で重なって一直線に延びて設けられる負極リード群と、を含み、
前記正極リード群及び前記負極リード群のうち最近接距離で相互対向する第1正極リード及び第1負極リードを基準として、残りの正極リードが前記第1正極リードに向けて偏向し、残りの負極リードが前記第1負極リードに向けて偏向するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記正極リード群と前記負極リード群とを電気的に接続するバスバー組立体をさらに含み、
前記バスバー組立体は、
棒状の伝導体として設けられた固定型バスバーと、
前記固定型バスバーを中心として前記固定型バスバーの両側に離隔して配置され、前記固定型バスバーとの間に前記正極リード群及び前記負極リード群を各々挿入できる挟み空間を形成する一対の移動型バスバーと、
前記正極リード群及び前記負極リード群が前記挟み空間に位置した状態で前記一対の移動型バスバーを前記固定型バスバーに近接するように移動させて、前記正極リード群及び前記負極リード群を前記固定型バスバーに密着させる密着部材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記密着部材は、
両端部が前記一対の移動型バスバーに結合して弾性復元力で前記一対の移動型バスバーを相互対向する方向へ移動させる板ばねであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の移動型バスバーは各々、
前記固定型バスバーに平行して設けられる密着部と、前記密着部の両端から折り曲されて延びて形成され、前記密着部材に連結される間隔調節部と、を備え、
前記固定型バスバーを中心として相互対称に配置され、前記固定型バスバーの周りを囲むことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
