Description
また、前記PPマルチフィラメント糸生地及び前記防水膜の接着力を維持するために、前記防水膜を形成するための加工温度は300℃乃至330℃であるが、このような高い温度の加工はPPマルチフィラメント糸の引張強度を低下させることがある。
本発明の他の目的は、前記ターポリンの製造方法を提供することにある。
一実施形態によれば、前記樹脂層はLDPE30重量%乃至50重量%、PP30重量%乃至50重量%及びオレフィン系共重合体10重量%乃至20重量%を含む。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に従うターポリンを図示した断面図である。
本発明の一実施形態に従うターポリンは生地層(fabric)10及び樹脂層20を含む。前記生地層10は織物または編物でありえる。前記樹脂層20は前記生地層10の両面または一面に結合できる。
図2を参照すると、生地層10は、経糸11、緯糸12、及びグラウンド糸13aを含むことができる。前記経糸11及び前記緯糸12のうちのいずれか1つは、HDPEマルチフィラメント糸であり、他の1つはPPマルチフィラメント糸でありえる。前記グラウンド糸13aはPET糸でありえる。
ターポリンの製造方法
図4は、本発明の一実施形態に従うターポリンの製造方法及びこれに用いられる装置を図示した断面図である。
まず、樹脂コーティング装置のホッパー700を通じて、LDPE、PP、オレフィン系共重合体のような樹脂層原料が投入される。前記樹脂層原料はシリンダー600に供給され、シリンダー600に加えられる熱と、シリンダー600の内部のスクリューの回転運動と直線運動により溶融混合される。
前記溶融された樹脂混合物はアダプター500に提供され、前記アダプター500は前記溶融された樹脂混合物を一定量でT-ダイ100に提供する。前記アダプター500と前記T-ダイ100との間にはスクリーン400が配置され、前記溶融された樹脂混合物が前記スクリーン400を通過する過程で異質物などが除去される。
前記樹脂コーティング装置で、前記シリンダー600、前記アダプター500、前記スクリーン400、及び前記T-ダイ100は適正工程温度を有するように熱が加えられることができる。
前記T-ダイ100の温度は領域によって異なることができる。例えば、前記T-ダイ100は樹脂フィルム25を吐出する方向(D1)に垂直な方向に沿って温度が変わることがある。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、前記のようなT-ダイ100の温度分配を通じて樹脂層の平滑度を改善することができる。
実施形態1
HDPEマルチフィラメント糸及びPPマルチフィラメント糸を経糸及び緯糸に用いて、PET糸をグラウンド糸に用いて製織された生地(厚さ0.48mm、XTE350、ポリテックアイエヌディー)に、図4の樹脂コーティング装置を用いて両面に樹脂層(厚さ0.12mm)を形成した。
前述したように、本発明の例示的な実施形態を参照して説明したが、該当技術分野で通常の知識を有する者であれば、下記の特許請求範囲に記載された本発明の思想及び領域から逸脱しない範囲内で本発明を多様に修正及び変更させることができることを理解することができる。
Claims (7)
- 高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)マルチフィラメント糸、前記HDPEマルチフィラメント糸と交差するように配列されたポリプロピレン(PP)マルチフィラメント糸、及び前記HDPEマルチフィラメント糸と前記PPマルチフィラメント糸をバインディングするポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)グラウンド糸を含む生地層;及び
前記生地層の少なくとも一面に結合された樹脂層を含み、
前記樹脂層は、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)30重量%乃至50重量%、PP30重量%乃至50重量%、及びオレフィン系共重合体10重量%乃至20重量%を含むことを特徴とする、ターポリン。 - 前記HDPEマルチフィラメント糸の太さは200デニール乃至3,000デニールであり、前記PPマルチフィラメント糸の太さは200デニール乃至3,000デニールであり、前記PETグラウンド糸の太さは30デニール乃至150デニールであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターポリン。
- 前記オレフィン系共重合体は、エチレンモノマー15重量%乃至20重量%、及びプロピレンモノマー80重量%乃至85重量%を含むモノマー混合物の共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターポリン。
- 前記LDPEの溶融指数は5g/10min乃至20g/10minであり、前記樹脂層に含まれる前記PPの溶融指数は15g/10min乃至35g/10minであり、前記オレフィン系共重合体の溶融指数は7g/10min乃至12g/10minであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターポリン。
- スクリューを含むシリンダー内で、樹脂原料混合物を混練して溶融するステップであって、前記樹脂原料混合物は低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)30重量%乃至50重量%、ポリプロピレン(PP)30重量%乃至50重量%、及びオレフィン系共重合体10重量%乃至20重量%を含むステップ;
前記溶融された樹脂原料混合物を一定の量でT-ダイに提供するステップ;
前記溶融された樹脂原料混合物を前記T-ダイを通過させて樹脂フィルムを形成するステップ;及び
高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)マルチフィラメント糸、前記HDPEマルチフィラメント糸と交差するように配列されたポリプロピレン(PP)マルチフィラメント糸、及び前記HDPEマルチフィラメント糸と前記PPマルチフィラメント糸をバインディングするポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)グラウンド糸を含む生地層と前記樹脂フィルムとを結合するステップを含み、
前記樹脂原料混合物を混練するステップ、前記溶融された樹脂原料混合物を前記T-ダイに提供するステップ、及び前記樹脂フィルムを形成するステップは260℃以下で進行されることを特徴とする、ターポリンの製造方法。 - 前記オレフィン系共重合体は、エチレンモノマー15重量%乃至20重量%、及びプロピレンモノマー80重量%乃至85重量%を含むモノマー混合物の共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のターポリンの製造方法。
- 前記LDPEの溶融指数は5g/10min乃至20g/10minであり、前記樹脂フィルムに含まれる前記PPの溶融指数は15g/10min乃至35g/10minであり、前記オレフィン系共重合体の溶融指数は7g/10min乃至12g/10minであり、前記溶融された樹脂原料混合物の溶融指数は8g/10min乃至12g/10minであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のターポリンの製造方法。
