Claims (4)
- アンテナに搭載されるRFICモジュールであって、
互いに対向する第1面及び第2面を有する基材と、
前記基材の第1面側に搭載されたRFICと、
前記基材の第1面に形成された第1導体パターンと、
前記基材の第1面及び前記第1導体パターンの表面に印刷形成された第1絶縁体膜と、
前記第1絶縁体膜上及び前記第1導体パターン上に印刷形成された第2導体パターンと、
前記基材の前記第1面より表面側を被覆する第2絶縁体膜と、
を備え、
前記RFICモジュールは、前記RFICが接続されるRFIC側電極と、アンテナ導体パターンに対向するアンテナ側電極と、を含み、
前記第1導体パターン及び前記第2導体パターンは、前記RFIC側電極と前記アンテナ側電極との間に接続される回路を構成する、
RFICモジュール。 - 互いに対向する第1面及び第2面を有する基材と、
前記基材の第1面側に搭載されたRFICと、
前記基材の第1面に形成された第1導体パターンと、
前記基材の第1面及び前記第1導体パターンの表面に印刷形成された第1絶縁体膜と、
前記第1絶縁体膜上及び前記第1導体パターン上に印刷形成された第2導体パターンと、
前記基材の前記第1面より表面側を被覆する第2絶縁体膜と、
前記基材の第2面に形成されたアンテナ接続端子電極と、
前記第1導体パターンと前記アンテナ接続端子電極とを導通させる層間接続導体と、
を備え、
前記第1導体パターン、前記第2導体パターン及び前記層間接続導体は、前記RFICが接続されるRFIC側電極と前記アンテナ接続端子電極との間に接続される回路を構成する、
RFICモジュール。 - アンテナとRFICモジュールとを備えるRFIDタグであって、
前記アンテナは、アンテナ基材と、当該アンテナ基材に形成されたアンテナ導体パターンとで構成され、
前記RFICモジュールは、互いに対向する第1面及び第2面を有する基材と、前記基材の第1面側に搭載されたRFICと、前記基材の第1面に形成された第1導体パターンと、前記基材の第1面及び前記第1導体パターンの表面に印刷形成された第1絶縁体膜と、前記第1絶縁体膜上及び前記第1導体パターン上に印刷形成された第2導体パターンと、前記基材の前記第1面より表面側を被覆する第2絶縁体膜と、を備え、
前記RFICモジュールは、前記RFICが接続されるRFIC側電極と、前記アンテナ導体パターンに対向するアンテナ側電極とを含み、
前記第1導体パターン及び前記第2導体パターンは、前記RFIC側電極と前記アンテナ側電極との間に接続される回路を構成する、
RFIDタグ。 - アンテナとRFICモジュールとを備えるRFIDタグであって、
前記アンテナは、アンテナ基材と、当該アンテナ基材に形成されたアンテナ導体パターンとで構成され、
前記RFICモジュールは、互いに対向する第1面及び第2面を有する基材と、前記基材の第1面側に搭載されたRFICと、前記基材の第1面に形成された第1導体パターンと、前記基材の第1面及び前記第1導体パターンの表面に印刷形成された第1絶縁体膜と、前記第1絶縁体膜上及び前記第1導体パターン上に印刷形成された第2導体パターンと、前記基材の前記第1面より表面側を被覆する第2絶縁体膜と、前記基材の第2面に形成されたアンテナ接続端子電極と、前記第1導体パターンと前記アンテナ接続端子電極とを導通させる層間接続導体と、を備え、
前記第1導体パターン、前記第2導体パターン及び前記層間接続導体は、前記RFICが接続されるRFIC側電極と前記アンテナ接続端子電極との間に接続される回路を構成する、
