Claims (9)
- 紫外線誘発遺伝子組換えから得られるセルラーゼとキシラナーゼとを生産するための変異株クロストリジウム・サーモセラム(Clostridium thermocellum)であって、
前記変異株クロストリジウム・サーモセラムがクロストリジウム・サーモセラムM2_15-C8であり、受託番号NITE BP-02390である、変異株クロストリジウム・サーモセラム。 - 炭素源における請求項1に記載の変異株クロストリジウム・サーモセラムの培養工程を含む、セルラーゼとキシラナーゼとの生産方法であって、炭素源に対する細菌の比が、24~96時間、55~65℃の範囲の温度下で炭素源1gに対して細菌が0.1~1.0gの範囲である、生産方法。
- 炭素源に対する細菌の前記比が炭素源1gに対して細菌が0.2~0.5gの範囲である、請求項2に記載のセルラーゼとキシラナーゼとの生産方法。
- 前記炭素源がセルロース粉末、稲わら、バガスまたはそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項2に記載のセルラーゼとキシラナーゼとの生産方法。
- 前記炭素源がバガスである、請求項4に記載のセルラーゼとキシラナーゼとの生産方法。
- 前記生産方法が60℃の温度で行われる、請求項2に記載のセルラーゼとキシラナーゼとの生産方法。
- 前記生産方法が48~72時間の範囲で行われる、請求項2に記載のセルラーゼとキシラナーゼとの生産方法。
- 前記生産方法が約72時間行われる、請求項7に記載のセルラーゼとキシラナーゼとの生産方法。
- 前記生産方法が嫌気的条件下で行われる、請求項2~8のいずれか1項に記載のセルラーゼとキシラナーゼとの生産方法。
