Claims (9)
- 2つの金属板の間に絶縁フィルムが介在する導電部材の製造方法であって、
前記絶縁フィルムが少なくとも部分的に露出するように、前記絶縁フィルムを絶縁性の固化した第1の樹脂によって被覆した中間品を生成する一次成形工程と、
前記中間品における前記絶縁フィルムの露出部分の少なくとも一部を前記2つの金属板の間に挟み込んだ状態で、前記2つの金属板における前記絶縁フィルムの挟持部を絶縁性の第2の樹脂によって被覆する二次成形工程と、を含む
導電部材の製造方法。 - 前記一次成形工程は、前記絶縁フィルムの周縁の全部又は一部を前記第1の樹脂によって被覆する工程である
請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記一次成形工程は、前記第1の樹脂の被覆部分に対応したキャビティを持つ第1の金型内に前記絶縁フィルムを配置し、そのキャビティ内に溶融した前記第1の樹脂を射出した後に、前記第1の樹脂を固化する工程である
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記一次成形工程では、前記第1の金型のキャビティ内に挿入される前記絶縁フィルムの一部を前記第1の金型によって固定した状態で、前記キャビティ内に溶融した前記第1の樹脂を射出する
請求項3に記載の製造方法。 - 前記一次成形工程は、固化した前記第1の樹脂を前記絶縁フィルムに取り付ける工程である
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記二次成形工程は、前記第2の樹脂の被覆部分に対応したキャビティを持つ第2の金型内に前記2つの金属板における前記挟持部を配置し、そのキャビティ内に溶融した前記第2の樹脂を射出した後に、前記第2の樹脂を固化する工程である
請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 前記二次成形工程では、前記第2の金型により、前記2つの金属板における前記挟持部を、一方面側又は両面側から前記絶縁フィルムに向かって押圧しながら、前記第2の金型のキャビティ内に溶融した前記第2の樹脂を射出する
請求項6に記載の製造方法。 - 前記二次成形工程は、固化した前記第2の樹脂を前記2つの金属板における前記絶縁フィルムの挟持部に取り付ける工程である
請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 絶縁フィルムと、
前記絶縁フィルムの両面又は片面に部分的に積層された第1の樹脂層と、
前記第1の樹脂層が固化した後に前記第1の樹脂層が積層されていない前記絶縁フィルムの露出部分を少なくとも部分的に挟み込むように配置された2つの金属板と、
前記2つの金属板における前記絶縁フィルムの挟持部を被覆する第2の樹脂層と、を有する
導電部材。
