Description
現像剤を収容し、複数の構成部品を有する筐体と、
前記複数の構成部品のうちの二以上であって飛散したトナーが付着するおそれがある部品を、被加振部として加振する加振器と、
前記二以上の被加振部の固有振動数を調整して合わせるように、前記被加振部及び前記加振器の少なくとも一方に設けられる調整部材と、
前記加振器を制御する制御部と、
を備える。
部材C2および第3部材C3が本発明の「構成部品」に対応する。
加振部220は、図4に示すように、電気モーターによって加振周波数x[Hz](被加振部80(第1部材C1、第2部材C2)の固有振動数x[Hz]と等しい周波数)で振動する。これにより、加振部220は、被加振部80を加振周波数x[Hz]で加振する。

Claims (17)
- 現像剤を収容し、複数の構成部品を有する筐体と、
前記複数の構成部品のうちの二以上であって飛散したトナーが付着するおそれがある部品を、被加振部として加振する加振器と、
前記二以上の被加振部の固有振動数を調整して合わせるように、前記被加振部及び前記加振器の少なくとも一方に設けられる調整部材と、
前記加振器を制御する制御部と、
を備える、現像装置。 - 前記調整部材は、複数種類の材料のうちから選択される材料によって、前記二以上の被加振部の固有振動数を調整する、請求項1に記載の現像装置。
- 前記加振器は、単一の加振周波数で前記二以上の被加振部を加振する、請求項1または2に記載の現像装置。
- 前記加振器は、前記二以上の被加振部にそれぞれ対応する二以上の加振部を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の現像装置。
- 前記加振部は、前記被加振部を叩くことで当該被加振部を加振する場合、当該叩く速度を変更可能に構成されている、請求項4に記載の現像装置。
- 前記加振部は、電気信号を機械的振動に変換する振動子を有する、請求項4に記載の現像装置。
- 前記加振器は、前記被加振部の共振が発生する周波数とほぼ等しい周波数で加振する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の現像装置。
- 前記制御部は、非画像形成時に、前記加振器に前記被加振部を加振させる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の現像装置。
- 前記非画像形成時は、前記現像装置における現像スリーブの回転停止時である、請求項8に記載の現像装置。
- 前記非画像形成時は、ジョブ間である、請求項8または9に記載の現像装置。
- 前記非画像形成時は、前記筐体に収容される現像剤が撹拌されない非撹拌時である、請求項8に記載の現像装置。
- 前記非画像形成時は、複数の用紙に連続的な画像形成が行われる場合における当該複数の用紙の紙間である、請求項8または11に記載の現像装置。
- 前記現像装置は、画像形成に用いられる互いに異なる複数の色のそれぞれに対して複数設けられ、
前記制御部は、前記加振器に前記被加振部を各色のトナーの消費量に応じて加振させる、請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の現像装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記加振器に二以上の前記被加振部を同時に加振させる、請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の現像装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記加振器に二以上の前記被加振部を予め定められた順番で加振させる、請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の現像装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記加振器に二以上の前記被加振部を個別に加振させる、請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の現像装置。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の現像装置を備える、画像形成装置。
