Description
第1の材料から作られた外板から形成される中空輪郭部を押し出すステップと、
フラップ本体を形成するように中空輪郭部を所定の長さに切断するステップと、
フラップ本体の端部に端部片を取り付けるステップと
を含む。
・中空輪郭部が第1の材料から押し出される第1のステップ101では、中空輪郭部は断面を有する。この第1のステップ101の間に、少なくとも1つの支材311が輪郭部の中空に形成され得る。
・第2のステップ103では、中空輪郭部を所定の長さLに切断してフラップ本体31を形成する。
・第3のステップ105では、フラップ本体31の端部に端部片30が取り付けられる。
第1の実施形態によれば、製造方法は、シール313がフラップ本体31の縁部312の少なくとも1つに配置される追加のステップ107を含むことができる。追加のステップ107は、第1の押出しステップ101の後、例えばその直後に、または第2のステップ103の後に、または第3のステップ105の後に実行される。シール313を、例えばフラップ本体31の縁部312に接着させることができる。
Claims (9)
- 自動車の密封装置(1)のためのフラップ(3)を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
金属材料から作られた外板(310)から形成される中空輪郭部を押し出すステップと、
フラップ本体(31)を形成するように前記中空輪郭部を所定の長さ(L)に切断するステップと、
前記フラップ本体(31)の端部に端部片(30)を取り付けるステップと
を含み、
前記フラップ本体(31)の前記外板(310)の厚さが、0.1~0.5mmの間である、製造方法。 - 前記中空輪郭部の前記押出しステップの間に、少なくとも1つの支材(311)が前記輪郭部の前記中空に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記フラップ本体(31)の縁部(312)の少なくとも1つにシール(313)を配置する追加のステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記押出しステップが、前記中空輪郭部を形成することが意図された第1の材料と、前記中空輪郭部の少なくとも1つの前記縁部(312)にシール(313)を形成することが意図された第2の材料との間の共押出しである、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記中空輪郭部が、実質的に楕円形の輪郭の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 金属材料製の外板(310)を有するフラップ本体(31)と、中空輪郭部を含む前記外板(310)と、前記フラップ本体(31)の各端部に配置された1つの端部片(30)とを備えた、吸気口の密封装置のフラップであって、各端部片(30)は、対応する1つの中空輪郭部のみを塞ぐように配置されており、前記フラップ本体(31)の前記外板(310)の厚さが、0.1~0.5mmの間である、密封装置のフラップ。
- 前記フラップ本体(31)の両端部に配置された前記端部片(30)が異なる形状である、請求項6に記載の密封装置フラップ。
- 前記フラップ本体(31)が、前記外板(310)の2つの対向部分(310a,310b)を連結する少なくとも1つの支材(311)を有する、請求項6または7に記載の密封装置フラップ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの端部片(30)が、支持フレームによって支持されたベアリングと協働するように設計された前記フラップの旋回軸線(A)に沿って延びるピン(301)を有する、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の密封装置フラップ。
