Description
実施例1では、図1に示した精製装置Xを用いて液化ガスの精製を行った。使用したボンベ1(容器本体11)の容積は10Lであり、精製処理前のボンベ1には粗液化ガスとしての粗アンモニアが初期充填量5kgで充填された。このボンベ1を超音波発生装置2(アズワン(株)製ASU-20M)の容器21内の水(液媒体22)に水深5cmまで浸かるように設置した。超音波発生装置2の起動中は、容器21内の水温が上昇するため、チラー3により当該水温を25℃に調整した。
実施例2では、実施例1と同様に精製装置Xを用い、粗アンモニアが充填されたボンベ1(容積:10L、初期充填量5kg)を超音波発生装置2(アズワン(株)製ASU-20M)の容器21内の水(液媒体22)に水深5cmまで浸かるように設置した。超音波発生装置2の起動中は、チラー3により容器21内の水温を25℃に調整した。実施例2においては、上記の実施例1と異なる点として、15分間パージを行った後に15分間パージを停止する操作を繰り返した。即ち、ガス排出工程を間欠的に行った。
比較例1では、実施例1と同様に精製装置Xを用い、粗アンモニアが充填されたボンベ1(容積:10L、初期充填量5kg)を容器21内の水(液媒体22)に水深5cmまで浸かるように設置した。ただし、実施例1と異なる点として、比較例1では超音波発生装置2を起動させず、ボンベ1に超音波をあてなかった。
実施例3では、実施例1と同様に精製装置Xを用いて液化ガスの精製を行ったが、ボンベ1に充填される液化ガスの種類が異なっており、それに伴い種々条件を実施例1から変更した。実施例3においては、粗二酸化硫黄が充填された液化ガスボンベ(容積:3.4L、初期充填量4kg)を超音波発生装置2(アズワン(株)製ASU-20M)の容器21内の水(液媒体22)に水深5cmまで浸かるように設置した。超音波発生装置2の起動中は、チラー3により容器21内の水温を25℃に調整した。
比較例2では、実施例3と同様に精製装置Xを用い、粗二酸化硫黄が充填されたボンベ1(容積:3.4L、初期充填量4kg)を容器21内の水(液媒体22)に水深5cmまで浸かるように設置した。ただし、実施例3と異なる点として、比較例2では超音波発生装置2を起動させず、ボンベ1に超音波をあてなかった。

Claims (14)
- 不純物を含む粗液化ガスが収容されたボンベに超音波をあてる超音波処理工程と、上記ボンベから気相成分を排出するガス排出工程と、を含む、液化ガスの精製方法。
- 上記液化ガスが、アンモニア、亜酸化窒素、塩化水素、ジクロロシラン、エチレン、プロピレン、プロパン、硫化水素、四フッ化炭素、二酸化硫黄、二酸化炭素、三塩化ホウ素、塩素、二酸化窒素、六フッ化硫黄、エタン、1-ブテン、イソブテン、ノルマルブタン、イソブタン、塩化メチル、塩化エチル、ジメチルエーテル、塩化ビニル、臭化水素からなる群より選択されるいずれかである、請求項1に記載の液化ガスの精製方法。
- 上記液化ガスの標準大気圧における沸点が、-70℃以上0℃未満である、請求項2に記載の液化ガスの精製方法。
- 上記超音波処理工程においては、液媒体を介して上記ボンベに超音波をあてる、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の液化ガスの精製方法。
- 上記ガス排出工程および上記超音波処理工程を同時に並行して行う、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の液化ガスの精製方法。
- 超音波の周波数は40~100kHzである、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の液化ガスの精製方法。
- 上記ガス排出工程で排出された気相成分を分析する工程をさらに含み、当該気相成分に含まれる気相不純物の濃度が所定値未満に低下したときに、上記ガス排出工程および上記超音波処理工程を停止する、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の液化ガスの精製方法。
- 不純物を含む粗液化ガスが収容されたボンベと、
当該ボンベに対して超音波を印加する超音波発生装置と、
上記ボンベから気相成分を排出するべく、当該ボンベに接続された配管と、
当該配管を介して排出される気相成分の流量を調節する流量調整器と、を含む、液化ガスの精製装置。 - 上記液化ガスが、アンモニア、亜酸化窒素、塩化水素、ジクロロシラン、エチレン、プロピレン、プロパン、硫化水素、四フッ化炭素、二酸化硫黄、二酸化炭素、三塩化ホウ素、塩素、二酸化窒素、六フッ化硫黄、エタン、1-ブテン、イソブテン、ノルマルブタン、イソブタン、塩化メチル、塩化エチル、ジメチルエーテル、塩化ビニル、臭化水素からなる群より選択されるいずれかである、請求項8に記載の液化ガスの精製装置。
- 上記ボンベは、所定温度以上で溶融する可溶栓を含む容器弁を備えている、請求項8または9に記載の液化ガスの精製装置。
- 上記超音波発生装置は、液媒体を収容する容器と、当該液媒体を介して上記ボンベに超音波を印加する超音波発振器と、を含む、請求項8~10のいずれかに記載の液化ガスの精製装置。
- 上記液媒体を所定温度に調整するためのチラーをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の液化ガスの精製装置。
- 上記ボンベから排出された気相成分を分析するべく前記配管に接続された分析装置をさらに含む、請求項8~12のいずれかに記載の液化ガスの精製装置。
