Description
Claims (7)
- シリコーン四級アンモニウム塩30~65重量%と、
オルトケイ酸テトラエチル10~40重量%と、
二重結合を有するシリコーン10~40重量%と、
エポキシ基を有するシリコーン5~20重量%と、
メチルトリメトキシシラン5~20重量%と、
有機スズ触媒0.1~3重量%と、
を含み、
前記シリコーン四級アンモニウム塩は、メチルジエトキシシランアンモニウムクロリド、N,N-ジメチル-N-オクタデシルアミノプロピルトリメトキシシランアンモニウムクロリド、(トリメトキシシリルプロピル)オクタデシルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド、3-(トリメトキシシリル)プロピルジメチルドデシルアンモニウムクロリドからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記エポキシ基を有するシリコーンは、γ-(2,3-エポキシプロポキシ)プロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-(2,3-エポキシプロポキシ)プロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-(2,3-エポキシプロポキシ)プロピルメチルジエトキシシランからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、シリコーン殺菌溶液。 - 前記二重結合を有するシリコーンは、ビニルトリメトキシシランおよびビニルトリエトキシシランからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載のシリコーン殺菌溶液。
- 前記有機スズ触媒は、二酢酸ジブチルスズ、ジラウリン酸ジブチルスズ、オクタン酸第一スズ、ジブチルビス(ドデシルチオ)スズからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載のシリコーン殺菌溶液。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のシリコーン殺菌溶液を、溶媒を添加することなく40~80℃の温度で1~8時間反応させる工程を含む、シリコーン殺菌剤の製造方法。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のシリコーン殺菌溶液を、溶媒を添加することなく40~80℃の温度で1~8時間反応させてシリコーン殺菌剤を製造する工程と、
前記シリコーン殺菌剤をガラス表面にコーティングする工程と、
前記ガラス表面にコーティングされた前記シリコーン殺菌剤の焼付処理を行って前記シリコーン殺菌剤を硬化させ、殺菌ガラスを得る工程と、を含む、殺菌ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記焼付処理の温度が260~300℃の範囲であり、前記焼付処理の時間が10~15分間である、請求項5に記載の殺菌ガラスの製造方法。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のシリコーン殺菌溶液を、溶媒を添加することなく40~80℃の温度で1~8時間反応させてシリコーン殺菌剤を製造する工程と、
前記シリコーン殺菌剤をガラス表面にコーティングする工程と、
前記ガラス表面にコーティングされた前記シリコーン殺菌剤の焼付処理を行って前記シリコーン殺菌剤を硬化させ、殺菌ガラスを得る工程と、
前記殺菌ガラスを用いて、中空ガラス、低放射ガラスまたは積層ガラスを製造する工程と、
を含む、中空ガラス、低放射ガラスまたは積層ガラスの製造方法。
