Abstract

Claims (23)
- 被覆物品の製造方法であって、
前記方法が、
Zrを含む第1スパッタリングターゲットを供給する工程と、
Znを含む第2スパッタリングターゲットを供給する工程と、
少なくとも前記第1スパッタリングターゲット及び前記第2スパッタリングターゲットを同時にスパッタしてZnxZryOzを含む層をガラス基材上に形成する工程とを含み、
前記層は、約0.25%〜15%(原子)のZn、約20%〜50%(原子)のZr及び約40%〜80%(原子)のOを含む方法。 - 前記層が、約0.5%〜10%(原子)のZn、約25%〜45%(原子)のZr及び約50%〜70%(原子)のOを含むようにスパッタ堆積される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記層が、約1%〜8%(原子)のZn、約30%〜40%(原子)のZr及び約55%〜65%(原子)のOを含むようにスパッタ堆積される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆物品を焼き戻し処理する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 被覆物品の製造方法であって、
前記方法が、
Zrを含む第1スパッタリングターゲットを供給する工程と、
Znを含む第2スパッタリングターゲットを供給する工程と、
少なくとも前記第1スパッタリングターゲット及び前記第2スパッタリングターゲットをガラス基材に逐次スパッタすることで、Zrを含む第1の層と、Zrを含む前記第1の層の上に直接配置されたZnを含む第2の層と、を形成する工程と、
前記第1の層及び前記第2の層を上に有する前記ガラス基材を焼き戻し処理して、抗菌性及び/又は抗真菌性を有するジルコン酸亜鉛(zinc zirconium oxide)を含む層を備えた被覆物品を形成する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 抗菌性及び/又は抗真菌性を有する被覆物品の製造方法であって、
前記方法が、
Zn及びZrを少なくとも酸素の存在下でガラス基材にスパッタする工程と、
ZnxZryOzを含む層をガラス基材上に形成する工程とを含み、
前記層は約0.25%〜15%(原子)のZn、約20%〜50%(原子)のZr及び約40%〜80%(原子)のOを含み、そして前記層が細菌及び真菌の成長を実質上抑制する方法。 - 前記被覆物品を焼き戻し処理する工程を更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 被覆物品の製造方法であって、
前記方法が、
Zrを含む第1スパッタリングターゲットを供給する工程と、
Znを含む第2スパッタリングターゲットを供給する工程と、
少なくとも前記第1スパッタリングターゲット及び前記第2スパッタリングターゲットからガラス基材に同時にスパッタして、ZnxZryOzを含む層を形成する工程とを含み、
前記第1ターゲット及び第2ターゲットそれぞれに異なるスパッタリング電力を適用して、前記層の組成を制御する方法。 - Znターゲットに関する電力が約1.6〜3.6kWであり、そしてZrターゲットに関する電力が約1.5〜3.5kWである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記層が、約0.25%〜15%(原子)のZn、約20%〜50%(原子)のZr及び約40%〜80%(原子)のOを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆物品を焼き戻し処理する工程を更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 被覆物品の製造方法であって、
前記方法が、
Zrを含む第1スパッタリングターゲットを供給する工程と、
Znを含む第2スパッタリングターゲットを供給する工程と、
少なくとも前記第1スパッタリングターゲット及び前記第2スパッタリングターゲットから同時にスパッタして、ZnxZryOzを含む層をガラス基材上に形成する工程とを含み、
前記第1スパッタリングターゲット及び前記第2スパッタリングターゲットは互いに角度シータ(θ)だけずれており、前記角度シータ(θ)が0度よりも大きい方法。 - 前記角度シータ(θ)が5度より大きくかつ約60度未満である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記角度シータ(θ)が約30度〜約45度である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆物品を焼き戻し処理する工程を更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記層が、約0.25%〜15%(原子)のZn、約20%〜50%(原子)のZr及び約40%〜80%(原子)のOを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス基材と前記ZnxZryOzを含む層との間にバリア層を設ける工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バリア層が窒化ケイ素、酸化ケイ素及び/又はオキシ窒化ケイ素から構成されている、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記ZnxZryOzを含む層の下にバリア層を設ける工程を更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 被覆物品の製造方法であって、
前記方法が、
Zrを含む第1スパッタリングターゲットを供給する工程と、
Znを含む第2スパッタリングターゲットを供給する工程と、
少なくとも前記第1スパッタリングターゲット及び前記第2スパッタリングターゲットを同時にスパッタして、ZnドープされたZr窒化物を含む層をガラス基材上に形成する工程とを含み、
前記層は約0.25%〜20%(原子)のZnを含む方法。 - 前記ZnドープされたZr窒化物を含む層をその上に有する前記ガラス基材を熱処理する工程を更に含み、そして前記熱処理により、前記層が、ZnドープされたZr酸化物を含む層に転換される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記ZnドープされたZr酸化物を含む層が、約0.5%〜10%(原子)のZn、約25%〜45%(原子)のZr及び約50%〜70%(原子)のOを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 抗菌性及び/又は抗真菌性を有する被覆物品であって、
ガラス基材上にあるZnxZryOzを含む層を備え、前記層は、抗菌性及び/又は抗真菌性を有するものであり、しかも前記層は、約0.25%〜15%(原子)のZn、約20%〜50%(原子)のZr及び約40%〜80%(原子)のOを含む被覆物品。
