Claims (5)
- 乗物用内外装材であって、
熱可塑性合成樹脂を含んだ繊維層を基材層として有し、
前記基材層の両面を前記基材層における繊維層とする構成又は、
前記基材層に加えて前記基材層とは別の熱可塑性合成樹脂を含んだ繊維層とする構成、
のいずれかが面している繊維積層体が三次元の面形状に成形された繊維成形体と、
前記繊維成形体の面に対し固着される合成樹脂部品と、を有し、
前記合成樹脂部品は、溶融した合成樹脂が前記繊維積層体の繊維層に染み込んだ状態で固化されることで前記繊維成形体に固着される固着部を有しており、
前記合成樹脂部品は、断面視で見て、内部に複数の気泡が含まれた状態で固化しており、
前記気泡は、前記繊維層に近い部位に集中している乗物用内外装材。 - 請求項1に記載の乗物用内外装材であって、
前記気泡は、相対的に前記合成樹脂部品の表面よりも内方側が大きい関係である乗物用内外装材。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の乗物用内外装材の製造方法であって、
前記繊維積層体を加熱軟化処理する加熱工程と、
前記加熱工程で加熱された前記繊維積層体をプレス型により両面から挟んで冷却しながら加圧することで前記繊維成形体とするプレス成形工程と、
前記プレス成形工程のときに前記繊維積層体の繊維層に向けて溶融した合成樹脂が気泡を形成するための気体を含んだ状態で射出されて前記合成樹脂部品を成形する射出成形工程と、を含む乗物用内外装材の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の乗物用内外装材の製造方法であって、
前記射出成形工程における溶融した合成樹脂は、予め発泡剤が添加されている乗物用内外装材の製造方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の乗物用内外装材の製造に用いるプレス型であって、
前記プレス型は、
前記繊維積層体の繊維層に向けて前記溶融した合成樹脂を射出する通路として形成される部位を鉄鋼材又は鋳鉄で構成する射出成形部位と、
前記繊維積層体を三次元の面形状に成形する部位をアルミニウム合金で構成する成形部位と、を組み合わせた構成である乗物用内外装材の製造に用いるプレス型。
