Description
Claims (4)
- 液化ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵タンクを備えた船舶において、
前記貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスを冷媒として、圧縮された蒸発ガス(以下、「第1流体」という。)を熱交換させて冷却する熱交換器;
前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスの一部を圧縮する主圧縮部;
前記主圧縮部と並列に設置され、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスの他の一部を圧縮する予備圧縮部;
前記熱交換器で前記貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスと熱交換して冷却された前記第1流体を膨張させる減圧装置;及び
前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスを燃料として使用する高圧エンジンと低圧エンジンと;を備え、
前記熱交換器の上流に設置され、オイルが所定濃度以下になるように濾過するオイルフィルタをさらに備え、
前記主圧縮部及び前記予備圧縮部は複数の圧縮機を備え、前記主圧縮部及び前記予備圧縮部の両方を稼働して、前記主圧縮部及び前記予備圧縮部が備える圧縮機の一部の圧縮機のみを通過した蒸発ガスを低圧エンジンに送り、
前記主圧縮部及び前記予備圧縮部が備える全ての圧縮機を通過して、前記高圧エンジンの要求圧力まで圧縮された蒸発ガスを合流させて、一部を前記高圧エンジンに送り、他の一部をオイルフィルタによりオイルを濾過して、前記熱交換器に送って冷却させることを特徴とする、船舶。 - 前記熱交換器及び前記減圧装置を通過して一部が再液化された液化ガスと、気体状態で残っている蒸発ガスとを分離する気液分離器をさらに備えて、
前記気液分離器で分離された液化ガスは前記貯蔵タンクに送られ、
前記気液分離器で分離された蒸発ガスは前記熱交換器に送られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の船舶。 - 前記主圧縮部で圧縮された蒸発ガスの一部;及び、前記予備圧縮部で圧縮された蒸発ガスの一部;は、ガス燃焼装置に送られて焼却されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の船舶。
- 前記主圧縮部及び前記予備圧縮部の下流にそれぞれ設置され、前記主圧縮部又は前記予備圧縮部で圧縮された蒸発ガスからオイルを分離するオイル分離器をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の船舶。
