Claims (9)
- 船舶または浮遊式構造物のLNG貯蔵タンクで発生する蒸発ガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、前記圧縮機で圧縮された前記蒸発ガスを前記圧縮機に取り込まれる蒸発ガスとの熱交換で冷却させる熱交換器と、前記熱交換器で冷却された前記蒸発ガスを断熱膨張させる膨張手段と、前記膨張手段で断熱膨張された前記蒸発ガスを気液分離し、液化天然ガスを前記LNG貯蔵タンクに供給する気液分離器と、前記膨張手段の下流から断熱膨張された前記蒸発ガスを前記気液分離器の下流に供給するバイパスラインとを備えることを特徴とする蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記気液分離器で分離された気体状態の前記蒸発ガスを前記LNG貯蔵タンクから前記熱交換器に取り込まれる前記蒸発ガスの流れに取り込む再循環ラインと、前記再循環ラインに設けられ、前記熱交換器で冷却された前記蒸発ガスを前記気液分離器で分離された前記蒸発ガスでさらに冷却する冷却器とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記気液分離器の上流に設けられる第1の分離バルブと、前記バイパスラインに設けられる第2の分離バルブとをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記圧縮機は、圧縮シリンダーと中間冷却器とが交互に設けられる多段圧縮機であり、前記多段圧縮機の一部を経て圧縮された前記蒸発ガスは、第1のエンジンに燃料として供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記多段圧縮機の全部を経て圧縮された前記蒸発ガスは、第2のエンジンに燃料として供給され、前記第1及び第2のエンジンに供給されずに残存する前記蒸発ガスは、前記熱交換器及び前記膨張手段を経て液化されて前記LNG貯蔵タンクに貯蔵されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記第1のエンジンは、5bar〜20barで圧縮された蒸発ガスを燃料として使用するDFエンジンで、前記第2のエンジンは、150bar〜400barで圧縮された蒸発ガスを燃料として使用するME−GIエンジンであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記膨張手段は、膨張バルブ(J−T valve)または膨張機のうちいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 船舶または浮遊式構造物のLNG貯蔵タンクで発生する蒸発ガスを圧縮して船舶または浮遊式構造物のエンジンに供給する燃料供給ラインと、圧縮された蒸発ガスの一部を分岐し、これを前記LNG貯蔵タンクで発生して圧縮される蒸発ガスと熱交換させて冷却し、断熱膨張で液化させる液化ラインと、断熱膨張された前記蒸発ガスを気液分離し、液化天然ガスを前記LNG貯蔵タンクに供給する気液分離器と、前記液化ラインから分岐され、断熱膨張された前記蒸発ガスを前記気液分離器を迂回して前記LNG貯蔵タンクに供給するバイパスラインとを備えることを特徴とする蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記気液分離器で分離された気体状態の前記蒸発ガスを前記燃料供給ラインに再び取り込む再循環ラインと、前記再循環ラインと前記液化ラインとの交差点に設けられ、前記液化ラインで圧縮される蒸発ガスとの熱交換で冷却した前記蒸発ガスを前記気液分離器で分離された前記蒸発ガスでさらに冷却する冷却器とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
