これらの中でも特にフルオロプロペン類は、低GWPの冷媒、熱媒体の候補として有望な物質であるが、時間の経過等により徐々に分解が生じることがあり、決して安定性が高い物質とはいえない。そのため、このような物質を種々の用途に使用するにあたっては、その使用状況又は使用環境によって性能が徐々に低下する等の問題がある。
1.ハロオレフィン類と水とを含み、熱媒体、冷媒、発泡剤、溶媒、洗浄剤、噴射剤及び消火剤の群から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の用途に用いるハロオレフィン類組成物。
2.前記ハロオレフィン類の全量に対して、前記水の含有量が200重量ppm以下である、上記項1に記載の組成物。
3.さらに酸素を含む、上記項1又は2に記載の組成物。
4.前記ハロオレフィン類の全量に対して、酸素の含有量が0.35mol%以下である、上記項3に記載の組成物。
5.前記ハロオレフィン類が、テトラフルオロプロペンである、上記項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
6.前記テトラフルオロプロペンが、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンである、上記項5に記載の組成物。
7.前記テトラフルオロプロペンが、1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンである、上記項5に記載の組成物。
8.ポリアルキレングリコール及びポリオールエーテルの少なくとも一方を潤滑油として含む、上記項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
9.ハロオレフィン類と水とを含むハロオレフィン類組成物の、熱媒体、冷媒、発泡剤、溶媒、洗浄剤、噴射剤及び消火剤の群から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の用途としての使用。
10.前記ハロオレフィン類の全量に対して、前記水の含有量が200重量ppm以下である、上記項9に記載の使用。
11.前記組成物がさらに酸素を含む、上記項9又は10に記載の使用。
12.前記ハロオレフィン類の全量に対して、前記酸素の含有量が0.35mol%以下である、上記項9~11のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
13.前記ハロオレフィン類が、テトラフルオロプロペンである、上記項9~12のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
14.前記テトラフルオロプロペンが、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンである、上記項13に記載の使用。
15.前記テトラフルオロプロペンが、1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンである、上記項13に記載の使用。
16.前記組成物がポリアルキレングリコール及びポリオールエーテルの少なくとも一方を潤滑油として含む、上記項9~15のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(以下「HFO-1234yf」と略記する)と、水とを準備し、これらを配合することで、HFO-1234yfに対して水の含有量が10重量ppm、200重量ppm、10000重量ppmの3種類のハロオレフィン類組成物を調製した。なお、上記HFO-1234yfは、たとえば、特開2012-500182号公報の実施例1、特開2009-126803号公報に示されるような方法で製造した。このとき生成するHFは水洗塔、NaOH水溶液のアルカリ塔により脱酸した。得られたハロオレフィン類組成物は、HFO-1234yfの製造において生成した副生成物(例えば、1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン)が含まれ得る。
1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(以下「HFO-1234ze」と略記する)と、水とを準備し、これらを配合することで、HFO-1234zeに対して水の含有量が10重量ppm、200重量ppm、10000重量ppmの3種類のハロオレフィン類組成物を調製した。なお、上記HFO-1234zeは、たとえば、特開2012-500182号公報に記載の方法のようにHFC-245ebの脱HFによりHFO-1234yfと共に得た。このとき生成したHFは水洗塔、NaOH水溶液のアルカリ塔により脱酸した。
水を配合しなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様の方法にてハロオレフィン類組成物を得た。
水を配合しなかったこと以外は実施例2と同様の方法にてハロオレフィン類組成物を得た。
上記実施例及び比較例で得られたハロオレフィン類組成物の各々について、以下のようにハロオレフィン類の安定性試験を行った。片側を溶封済みのガラス製チューブ(ID8mmΦ×OD12mmΦ×L300mm)に、ハロオレフィン類組成物をハロオレフィン類の含有量が0.01molとなるように加えた。チューブは溶封により密閉状態とした。このチューブを150℃の雰囲気下の恒温槽内に静置させ、この状態で1週間保持した。その後、恒温槽から取り出して冷却し、チューブ内のガス中の酸分の分析を行うことで、ハロオレフィン類の安定性を評価した。
上記実施例及び比較例で得られたハロオレフィン類組成物の各々について、以下のようにハロオレフィン類の安定性試験を行った。片側を溶封済みのガラス製チューブ(ID8mmΦ×OD12mmΦ×L300mm)にハロオレフィン類組成物をハロオレフィン類の含有量が0.01molとなるように加えた。次いで、酸素濃度がハロオレフィン類の充填モル数に対し所定のモル濃度(0.010モル%、0.115モル%又は0.345モル%)になるように調整して酸素をチューブ内に封入した。このチューブを150℃の雰囲気下の恒温槽内に静置させ、この状態で1週間保持した。その後、恒温槽から取り出して冷却し、チューブ内のガス中の酸分の分析を行うことで、ハロオレフィン類の安定性を評価した。
Claims (2)
- ハロオレフィン類組成物に含まれるハロオレフィン類の安定化方法であって、
前記ハロオレフィン類組成物は、前記ハロオレフィン類と水と酸素とを含み、
前記ハロオレフィン類組成物は、熱媒体、冷媒、発泡剤、溶媒、洗浄剤、噴射剤及び消火剤の群から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の用途に用いられ、
前記ハロオレフィン類が、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン及び1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンの少なくとも一方を含み、
前記ハロオレフィン類の全量に対して前記水の含有量を0.1重量ppm以上200重量ppm以下とし、
前記ハロオレフィン類の全量に対して、酸素の含有量を0.35mol%以下とする、ハロオレフィン類組成物の安定化方法。 - 前記ハロオレフィン類組成物は、ポリアルキレングリコール及びポリオールエステルの少なくとも一方を潤滑油として含む、請求項1に記載の安定化方法。
