Claims (15)
- 第1パネルに連結される固定モジュールと、
前記固定モジュールに移動するように結合され、前記第1パネルと向かい合う第2パネルに接触可能に備えられた接点モジュールとを含み、
前記接点モジュールは、
導電性材質で備えられ、中空を形成するコンタクトボディと、
導電性材質で備えられ、前記コンタクトボディの中空を貫通するように配置されたコンタクトピンと、
前記コンタクトピンと前記コンタクトボディとを区画して絶縁されるように前記コンタクトボディの中空に配置された接点インシュレータとを含み、
前記接点モジュールは、前記コンタクトボディ、前記コンタクトピンおよび前記接点インシュレータが前記第1パネルおよび前記第2パネルの間で前記固定モジュールに対して一体に移動するように相互結合されており、
前記固定モジュールは、前記コンタクトボディの外径部の一部である結合部を受け入れる中空を形成する導電性固定ボディと、前記コンタクトピンと常時接触している導電性固定ピンと、前記導電性固定ピンと前記導電性固定ボディとを区画して絶縁するように前記導電性固定ボディの中空に配置された固定インシュレータとを含み、
前記導電性固定ボディは、前記コンタクトボディの結合部を受け入れる係止ブッシュを有しており、
前記コンタクトボディの結合部は、前記係止ブッシュの内側に弾性的に接触している、同軸コネクタ。 - 前記接点モジュールは、前記コンタクトボディの中空の中心に前記コンタクトピンが前記接点インシュレータに対して係止固定される、請求項1に記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記接点モジュールは、
前記接点インシュレータの中心には、前記コンタクトピンが挿入される挿入孔が形成され、前記コンタクトピンが前記挿入孔に挿入されて係止組立てられる、請求項1に記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 前記挿入孔の内周面には、前記コンタクトピンの外周面に形成されたストッパフックリブが係止されるストッパフック溝が形成されている、請求項3に記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 一端が前記固定モジュールに支持され、他端が前記接点モジュールの縁端部面を支持して前記接点モジュールを前記固定モジュールの外側に弾性支持する弾性部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記接点モジュールの外周面の一部を取り囲むように配置されたコイルスプリングである、請求項5に記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記他端が前記コンタクトボディの縁端部面を支持する、請求項5に記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記コンタクトボディは、
前記コンタクトピンと前記接点インシュレータが配置される接点部と、
前記接点部から前記固定モジュールに向かって延び、前記固定モジュールの内側に係合される結合部とを含む、請求項1に記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 一端が前記固定モジュールに支持され、他端が前記接点部の縁端部面を支持して、前記接点モジュールを前記固定モジュールの外側に弾性支持する弾性部材をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記結合部は、前記弾性部材の他端が支持される前記接点部の縁端部面を形成するように、前記接点部の縁端から所定距離離隔した部位から前記固定モジュールに向かって延びている、請求項9に記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記結合部の先端は、
前記固定モジュールの内側に締まり嵌合される、請求項10に記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 前記結合部は、前記接点モジュールの移動方向に所定長さ切開され、円周方向に所定距離離隔した複数の切開部を含む、請求項11に記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記結合部の先端は、
前記固定モジュールの内周面に接点した状態でスライド移動するように結合される、請求項10に記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 前記固定モジュールと前記結合部との間の内部空間にはエア誘電体が充填される、請求項8に記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルは、印刷回路基板(PCB、Plastic Circuit Board)で備えられている、請求項1に記載の同軸コネクタ。
