Claims (16)
- 回転軸;
前記回転軸が配置されるホールを含むステータ;
前記ステータの外側に配置されるロータ;
前記回転軸と結合するファン;および
前記ステータおよび前記ロータが配置されるハウジングを含み、
前記ロータはヨークと前記ヨークと結合する第1マグネットを含み、
前記第1マグネットと前記ステータの間に配置される磁性流体をさらに含み、
前記磁性流体は前記第1マグネットの下端部に配置され、
前記ヨークは前記ヨークの下端で前記回転軸方向に折り曲げられて延びる飛散防止部を含む、ファンモーター。 - 前記飛散防止部の一部は、前記磁性流体と前記回転軸方向にオーバーラップされる、請求項1に記載のファンモーター。
- 前記飛散防止部は、前記回転軸方向に前記第1マグネットより突出されている、請求項1又は2に記載のファンモーター。
- 前記飛散防止部の上面と前記第1マグネットの下面は面接触する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のファンモーター。
- 前記ハウジングは前記ハウジングの下面から円筒状に上側に突出して内周面を有する柱部を含み、
前記柱部は前記回転軸と前記ステータの間に配置される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のファンモーター。 - 前記ファンは前記回転軸および前記ロータと結合するハブを含み、
前記ロータの前記ヨークは前記ハブと前記ステータの間に配置され、
前記ロータの前記第1マグネットは前記ヨークと前記ステータの間に配置される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のファンモーター。 - 回転軸;
前記回転軸が配置されるホールを含むステータ;
前記ステータの外側に配置されるロータ;
前記回転軸と結合するファン;および
前記ステータおよび前記ロータが配置されるハウジングを含み、
前記ロータはヨークと前記ヨークと結合する第1マグネットを含み、
前記ハウジングの底面において前記回転軸を中心に円周方向に沿って第2マグネットが配置され、
前記第2マグネット上に配置される磁性流体をさらに含み、
前記ハウジングは底面から前記回転軸方向に突出する飛散防止部をさらに含み、
前記飛散防止部は前記回転軸の中心から、半径方向に、前記ファンの外側と前記第2マグネットの間に配置される、ファンモーター。 - 前記第2マグネットは表面の一部が外部に露出するように前記ファンに結合する、請求項7に記載のファンモーター。
- 前記ハウジングは前記ファンモーターの下端部と向かい合う底面を含み、
前記第2マグネットは露出した表面が前記ハウジングの前記底面に向かうように前記ファンの下端部に結合する、請求項7又は8に記載のファンモーター。 - 前記ハウジングは前記ファンモーターの下端部と向かい合う底面を含み、
前記第2マグネットは表面の一部が外部に露出するように前記ハウジングの前記底面に結合する、請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のファンモーター。 - 前記ハウジングは、
前記飛散防止部は、前記ファンの下側に配置され、前記回転軸の方向に、前記ファンと離隔配置される、請求項7乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のファンモーター。 - 前記飛散防止部の最上段は、露出された前記第2のマグネットの表面の一部よりも高く配置される、請求項7乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のファンモーター。
- 前記飛散防止部は前記回転軸の中心を基準として円周方向に沿って前記ハウジングの前記底面から上側に突出する、請求項7乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のファンモーター。
- 前記第2マグネットは前記回転軸を中心として前記ファンの半径内に配置される、請求項7乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のファンモーター。
- 前記磁性流体は前記回転軸方向に前記第2マグネットと一部がオーバーラップされる、請求項7乃至14のいずれか1項に記載のファンモーター。
- 回転軸;
前記回転軸が配置されるホールを含むステータ;
前記ステータの外側に配置されるロータ;
前記回転軸と結合するファン;および
前記ステータおよび前記ロータが配置されるハウジングを含み、
前記ロータはヨークと前記ヨークと結合する第1マグネットを含み、
前記第1マグネットと前記ステータの間に配置される磁性流体をさらに含むファンモーターを含み、
前記磁性流体は前記第1マグネットの下端部に配置され、
前記ヨークは前記ヨークの下端で前記回転軸方向に折り曲げられて延びる飛散防止部を含む、車両。
