−NHR2および/または−NR2 2(この場合、R2=R1または−CO−NH2である)であり、
Yは、O、NR2であり、
A1は、エチレン基、プロピレン基、イソプロピルエン基、ブチレン基であり、
mは、10〜30であり、
nは、0〜50であり、
kは、10〜30であり、この場合、m+kの合計は、20〜60、好ましくは20〜40の範囲である]の少なくとも1種のコポリマーを含有する場合が有利であることが判明した。
SiO2およびそれぞれのアミンの使用した量および割合、結果として得られる分散液のpH、およびそれらの粘度を以下の表1にまとめる。
2)HMDA=1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミン[CAS No.124−09−4、Mw=116.2g/mol]
3)IPD=イソホロンジアミン[CAS No.2855−13−2、Mw=170.3g/mol]
4)TMD=VESTAMIN(登録商標) TMDの商品名でEvonik Ressource Efficiency GmbH社から入手可能な、およそ等しい部(50重量%/50重量%)の2,2,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンおよび2,4,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンの異性体混合物[Mw=158.3g/mol]
5)SiO2=Evonik Ressource Efficiency GmbH社製の焼成二酸化ケイ素AEROSIL(登録商標) 200(BET=200m2/g)
6)用語「アミン」は、各場合において使用したアミンを意味する(DMAE、HMDA、IPD、およびTMD)。
7)混合物の粘度は、それらが固化する理由から、測定できない。
Claims (15)
- 二酸化ケイ素と、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンおよび/または2,4,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンとを含む水分散液。
- 10から12のpHを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の分散液。
- 二酸化ケイ素が、焼成二酸化ケイ素、沈降二酸化ケイ素、ゾル‐ゲル法によって製造された二酸化ケイ素、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の分散液。
- 1重量%から30重量%の二酸化ケイ素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 0.01重量%から10重量%の2,2,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンおよび/または2,4,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 上記二酸化ケイ素の粒子が、300nm以下の数平均粒子サイズd50を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 前記分散液中における2,2,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンおよび/または2,4,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンに対するSiO2のモル比が5から100であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 前記分散液中における水に対するSiO2のモル比が0.001から0.5であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 前記二酸化ケイ素が、メタノール/水混合物中において20重量%未満のメタノールのメタノールウェッタビリティを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 前記二酸化ケイ素が、1.2OH/nm2から5.4OH/nm2のヒドロキシル密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 前記二酸化ケイ素の粒子が、20m2/gから500m2/gのBET表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 2,2,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンおよび2,4,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンを含有し、2,4,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンに対する2,2,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンのモル比が0.8から1.2であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の分散液を含有するラッカー調製物。
- 自動車産業におけるハイドロフィラーへの添加剤としての、缶およびコイルコーティングプロセスにおけるコーティング成分としての、ならびに水ベースのUV硬化性配合物およびクリヤラッカーにおける添加剤としての、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の分散液の使用。
- 二酸化ケイ素と、水と、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンおよび/また2,4,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンとを含む混合物を撹拌する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の分散液を製造する方法。
