Description
Claims (16)
- エポキシ樹脂主成分と、少なくとも1つの硬化剤と、少なくとも1つの充填剤とを含む少なくとも1つの熱硬化性焼付けエナメル層がその平面の1つに設けられた電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板であって、焼付けエナメル層の充填剤が、金属炭酸塩、又は、金属硫酸塩を含み、前記硬化剤の主成分がジシアンジアミドであり、
前記充填剤の平均粒径が0.6〜3μmであることを特徴とする電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板。 - 前記熱硬化性焼付けエナメル層が、5〜25vol%の充填剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板。
- 前記熱硬化性焼付けエナメル層が、5〜20vol%の充填剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板。
- 前記熱硬化性焼付けエナメル層が、7〜16vol%の充填剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板。
- 前記熱硬化性焼付けエナメル層が、
6〜10vol%の硬化剤と、
74〜85vol%のエポキシ樹脂を主成分として
含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板。 - 前記金属炭酸塩が炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板。
- 前記金属硫酸塩が硫酸バリウム(BaSO4)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板。
- 前記焼付けエナメル層が、
エポキシ樹脂主成分との反応度が異なる少なくとも2つの硬化剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板。 - 前記エポキシ樹脂主成分がビスフェノールAであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板。
- 前記電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板が、その両方の平面に熱硬化性焼付けエナメル層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載の電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板。
- 請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載の電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板を巻き上げたコイル。
- エポキシ樹脂主成分と、主成分がジシアンジアミドである硬化剤とを含む熱硬化性ホットメルト接着性エナメル、すなわち焼付けエナメルにおいて、その平面の少なくとも1つに前記焼付けエナメルが塗布された電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板を巻き上げたコイルの形状安定性を向上させるための、金属炭酸塩、又は、金属硫酸塩を含む充填剤としての使用であって、
前記充填剤の平均粒径が0.6〜3μmであることを特徴とする使用。 - エポキシ樹脂主成分と、主成分がジシアンジアミドである硬化剤とを含む熱硬化性ホットメルト接着性エナメル、すなわち焼付けエナメルにおいて、電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板の平面の少なくとも1つに前記焼付けエナメルが塗布されているときに、前記電磁鋼帯または電磁鋼板から製造された積層鉄心の長期温度耐性を向上させるための、金属炭酸塩、又は、金属硫酸塩を含む充填剤としての使用であって、
前記充填剤の平均粒径が0.6〜3μmであることを特徴とする使用。 - 5〜25vol%の金属炭酸塩、又は、金属硫酸塩を使用することを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の使用。
- 5〜20vol%の金属炭酸塩、又は、金属硫酸塩を使用することを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の使用。
- 7〜16vol%の金属炭酸塩、又は、金属硫酸塩を使用することを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の使用。
