Description
Claims (3)
- 熱交換器用のフィンの挿入孔に挿入される棒状物を挟持するための棒状物挟持装置であって、
第1の前記棒状物と第2の前記棒状物をそれぞれ収納可能な2つの凹部が形成された第1クランプ部と、
該第1クランプ部の前記凹部の開口側に配置され、前記第1クランプ部との間で前記棒状物を挟持する挟持部を有する第2クランプ部と、が相対的に接離動可能となるように設けられており、
前記第2クランプ部の挟持部は、前記棒状物の軸線方向と平行な方向に配置された回動軸によって軸支され、
前記回動軸は、第1の前記棒状物と第2の前記棒状物の挟持位置の間にあり、
前記棒状物を挟持する際に、前記挟持部が回動して、前記第1クランプ部との間で前記棒状物を挟持することを特徴とする棒状物挟持装置。 - 前記棒状物が、フィンの長手方向に沿った方向に対して千鳥状態で配置され、前記第1クランプ部および前記第2クランプ部の挟持位置は、第1の前記棒状物と、第2の前記棒状物との間で左右位置の差を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の棒状物挟持装置。
- 前記第2クランプ部は、前記回動軸が設けられた軸支部を有し、該軸支部には、複数のストッパが、前記挟持部と前記軸支部との間にある隙間に突出するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の棒状物挟持装置。
