その後、車両は、アクセル開度が徐々に大きくなると、セーリング走行制御から通常走行制御に復帰して走行状態Cになる。
第1サンギヤ351の回転数[S1]は、走行状態Cでは、第3クラッチ340が締結されると共に電動機400の動力が伝達されると、増加し、第3クラッチ340を完全に締結すると、徐々に増加する。
ここで、許容回転差は、部品の耐久性、車両の運転性、及び音振の品質レベルに応じて設定される。一般的に、品質レベルが高いほど、許容回転差は、小さくなる。制御部101は、ステップS111の判定結果が真の場合(S111:Y)、ステップS112へ移行し、ステップS111の判定結果が偽の場合(S111:N)、ステップS110へ戻る。
ここで、許容回転差は、部品の耐久性、車両の運転性、及び音振の品質レベルに応じて設定される。一般的に、品質レベルが高いほど、許容回転差は、小さくなる。制御部101は、ステップS114の判定結果が真の場合(S114:Y)、ステップS115へ移行し、ステップS114の判定結果が偽の場合(S114:N)、ステップS113へ戻る。
Claims (11)
- 内燃機関から入力される動力が伝達されるサンギヤと、前記サンギヤに少なくとも一段のピニオンギヤを介して噛合されると共に電動機から入力される動力が伝達されるリングギヤと、前記ピニオンギヤを回転可能に軸支して前記内燃機関又は前記電動機のうちの少なくとも何れか一方からの動力を車輪に伝達するキャリアと、前記ピニオンギヤに噛合する第2サンギヤと、を備える動力伝達機構と、
前記動力伝達機構を支持する固定部と、
を有する車両を駆動する駆動装置であって、
前記リングギヤの外周には、外歯が形成されており、
前記動力伝達機構は、前記リングギヤの外歯に噛合して前記電動機に動力を伝達するギヤを更に備え、
前記リングギヤと、前記固定部との間には、前記内燃機関から入力される動力で前記車両を後進走行させる時に前記リングギヤを回転不能に固定可能なリングギヤ固定機構が設けられ、
前記第2サンギヤと、固定部との間には、前記第2サンギヤを回転不能に固定可能な第2サンギヤ固定機構が設けられる駆動装置。 - 前記動力伝達機構は、前記リングギヤと前記キャリアとを断接可能なキャリア断接機構を更に備える、
請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記内燃機関と、前記動力伝達機構との間には、前記車輪の停止時に前記内燃機関と前記動力伝達機構とを締結して前記電動機を発電機として動作可能なエンジン断接機構が設けられる、
請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記第2サンギヤ固定機構又は前記キャリア断接機構のうちの少なくとも何れか一方は、セーリング走行制御から通常走行制御に復帰する時に、半締結状態となる、
請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記リングギヤ固定機構又はキャリア断接機構のうちの少なくとも何れか一方は、摩擦クラッチである、
請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記動力伝達機構のギヤ比は、前記電動機の発電中の回転数が前記内燃機関の回転数よりも高くなるように設定される、
請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記動力伝達機構は、前記サンギヤに噛合すると共に前記キャリアに回転可能に軸支される第1ピニオンギヤと、当該第1ピニオンギヤ及び前記リングギヤに噛合すると共に前記キャリアに回転可能に軸支される第2ピニオンギヤと、を備える、
請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置。 - 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関と車輪との間に接続される動力伝達機構と、前記動力伝達機構に接続される電動機と、前記動力伝達機構を支持する固定部と、を備えた車両であって、
前記動力伝達機構は、前記内燃機関から入力される動力が伝達されるサンギヤと、前記サンギヤに少なくとも一段のピニオンギヤを介して噛合されると共に前記電動機から入力される動力が伝達されるリングギヤと、前記ピニオンギヤを回転可能に軸支して前記内燃機関又は前記電動機のうちの少なくとも何れか一方からの動力を前記車輪に伝達するキャリアと、前記ピニオンギヤに噛合する第2サンギヤと、前記リングギヤの外周に形成された外歯に噛合して前記電動機に動力を伝達するギヤと、を備え、
前記リングギヤと、前記固定部との間には、前記内燃機関から入力される動力で前記車両を後進させる時に前記リングギヤを回転不能に固定可能なリングギヤ固定機構が設けられ、
前記第2サンギヤと、前記固定部との間には、前記第2サンギヤを回転不能に固定可能な第2サンギヤ固定機構が設けられ、
前記リングギヤ固定機構のアクチュエータを制御する制御部を備える車両。 - 前記動力伝達機構は、前記リングギヤと前記キャリアとを断接可能なキャリア断接機構を更に備え、
前記制御部は、前記内燃機関から入力される動力で前記車両を後進させる時に、前記リングギヤ固定機構を締結させると共に前記キャリア断接機構を解放させるように各々のアクチュエータを制御する、
請求項8に記載の車両。 - 前記内燃機関と、前記動力伝達機構との間には、前記内燃機関と前記動力伝達機構とを断接可能なエンジン断接機構が設けられ、
前記制御部は、前記車輪の停止時に、前記エンジン断接機構及び前記リングギヤ固定機構を締結させるように各々のアクチュエータを制御して、前記電動機を発電機として動作させる、
請求項8に記載の車両。 - 前記制御部は、セーリング走行制御から通常走行制御に復帰させる場合、前記電動機を駆動させる前に、前記キャリア断接機構又は前記第2サンギヤ固定機構の締結を開始させるようにアクチュエータを制御する、
