Description
Claims (11)
- 経皮的な消化管機能の判定をそれを必要とするヒト被験者において行う際に使用するための経口投与される組成物であって、
3,6−ジアミノ−2,5−ビス{N−[(1R)−1−カルボキシ−2−ヒドロキシエチル]カルバモイル}ピラジンおよび3,6−N,N'−ビス(2,3−ジヒドロキシプロピル)−2,5−ピラジンジカルボキサミドから選択された少なくとも1種類の蛍光性挑戦分子を含み、
前記組成物は、前記被験者の消化管によって吸収され、非電離放射線を照射されたとき前記被験者の皮膚、血液、尿、または筋膜における存在を経皮的に検出されるように構成され、
前記組成物は、ある一定の期間にわたって測定された前記少なくとも1種類の蛍光性挑戦分子の検出された蛍光発光に基づいて消化管機能を判定するために使用されるように構成される、組成物。 - 前記組成物が第二の蛍光性挑戦分子を含み、前記第二の蛍光性挑戦分子が3,6−ジアミノピラジン−2,5−ジカルボン酸である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 経皮的な消化管機能の判定をそれを必要とするヒト被験者において行うためのキットであって、
a.3,6−ジアミノ−2,5−ビス{N−[(1R)−1−カルボキシ−2−ヒドロキシエチル]カルバモイル}ピラジンおよび3,6−N,N'−ビス(2,3−ジヒドロキシプロピル)−2,5−ピラジンジカルボキサミドから選択された少なくとも1種類の蛍光性挑戦分子を含む、経皮的な消化管機能を判定を行う際に使用するための経口投与される組成物であって、前記組成物は、前記被験者の消化管によって吸収され、非電離放射線を照射されたとき前記被験者の皮膚、血液、尿、または筋膜における存在を経皮的に検出されるように構成され、前記組成物は、ある一定の期間にわたって測定された記蛍光性挑戦分子の検出された蛍光発光に基づいて消化管機能を判定するために使用されるように構成された、該組成物と、
b.前記被験者の消化管機能を判定するための書面での指示であって、
i.前記組成物の有効量を投与するステップと、
ii.前記被験者の消化管によって吸収された前記組成物に非電離放射線を照射するステップであって、前記非電離放射線が前記蛍光性挑戦分子に蛍光発光を生じさせる、ステップと、
iii.前記被験者の皮膚、血液、尿、または筋膜に存在する前記組成物の前記蛍光発光を経皮的に検出するステップと、
iv.前記検出された蛍光発光に基づいて前記被験者の消化管機能を判定するステップと
を含む書面での指示と
を含む、キット。 - 前記指示が、前記組成物に少なくとも350nmの波長を有する前記非電離放射線を照射するためのステップを含む、請求項3に記載のキット。
- 前記指示が、前記蛍光性挑戦分子の蛍光発光を、ある期間にわたって検出および測定するためのステップを含む、請求項3に記載のキット。
- 経皮的な消化管機能の判定をそれを必要とするヒト被験者において行うためのキットであって、
a.2種類の蛍光性挑戦分子を含む経口投与される組成物であって、第一の蛍光性挑戦分子が、3,6−ジアミノ−2,5−ビス{N−[(1R)−1−カルボキシ−2−ヒドロキシエチル]カルバモイル}ピラジンおよび3,6−N,N'−ビス(2,3−ジヒドロキシプロピル)−2,5−ピラジンジカルボキサミドから選択された少なくとも1種類の蛍光性挑戦分子であり、第二の蛍光性挑戦分子が3,6−ジアミノピラジン−2,5−ジカルボン酸であり、前記組成物は、前記被験者の消化管によって吸収され、非電離放射線を照射されたとき前記被験者の皮膚、血液、尿、または筋膜における存在を経皮的に検出されるように構成され、前記組成物は、ある一定の期間にわたって測定された前記第一および第二の蛍光性挑戦分子の蛍光発光に基づいて消化管機能を判定するために使用されるように構成された、組成物と、
b.前記被験者の消化管機能を判定するための書面での指示であって、
i.前記組成物の有効量を前記被験者の消化管中に投与するステップと、
ii.前記被験者の消化管によって吸収された前記組成物に、非電離放射線を照射するステップであって、前記非電離放射線が前記組成物に蛍光発光を生じさせる、ステップと、
iii.前記被験者の皮膚、血液、尿、または筋膜に存在する前記組成物中の各蛍光性挑戦分子の前記蛍光発光を経皮的に検出するステップと、
iv.前記検出された蛍光発光に基づいて前記被験者の消化管機能を判定するステップと
を含む書面での指示と
を含む、キット。 - 前記指示が、前記組成物に少なくとも350nmの波長を有する前記非電離放射線を照射するためのステップを含む、請求項6に記載のキット。
- 前記指示が、前記蛍光性挑戦分子の蛍光発光を、ある期間にわたって検出および測定するためのステップを含む、請求項6に記載のキット。
- 前記指示が、前記第一の蛍光性挑戦分子の前記検出された蛍光発光を、前記第二の蛍光性挑戦分子と比較するためのステップを含む、請求項6に記載のキット。
- 経皮的な消化管機能の判定をそれを必要とするヒト被験者において行うためのキットであって、
a.2種類の蛍光性挑戦分子を含む経口投与される組成物であって、第一の蛍光性挑戦分子が、3,6−ジアミノ−2,5−ビス{N−[(1R)−1−カルボキシ−2−ヒドロキシエチル]カルバモイル}ピラジンおよび3,6−N,N'−ビス(2,3−ジヒドロキシプロピル)−2,5−ピラジンジカルボキサミドから選択された少なくとも1種類の蛍光性挑戦分子であり、第二の蛍光性挑戦分子が3,6−ジアミノピラジン−2,5−ジカルボン酸であり、前記組成物は、前記被験者の消化管によって吸収され、非電離放射線を照射されたとき前記被験者の皮膚、血液、尿、または筋膜における存在を経皮的に検出されるように構成され、前記組成物は、ある一定の期間にわたって測定された前記第一および第二の蛍光性挑戦分子の蛍光発光に基づいて消化管機能を判定するために使用されるように構成された、組成物と、
b.前記被験者の消化管機能を判定するための書面での指示であって、
i.前記組成物の有効量を前記被験者の消化管中に投与するステップと、
ii.前記被験者の消化管によって吸収された前記組成物に非電離放射線を照射するステップであって、前記非電離放射線が前記組成物に蛍光発光を生じさせる、ステップと、
iii.前記被験者の皮膚、血液、尿、または筋膜に存在する前記組成物中の各蛍光性挑戦分子の前記蛍光発光を、ある期間にわたって経皮的に検出するステップと、
iv.各蛍光性挑戦分子の前記検出された蛍光発光と投与との間の時間に基づいて前記被験者の消化管中の疾患または損傷の位置を判定するステップと
を含む書面での指示と
を含む、キット。 - 前記指示が、前記組成物に少なくとも350nmの波長を有する前記非電離放射線を照射するためのステップを含む、請求項10に記載のキット。
