Description
市販のクリーニング組成物(トーヨーカラー社製、商品名リオクリン−Z)を用いてクリーニング用線材(JIS K 7113:1995に準拠して測定した降伏点強度が7.3MPa)を作製した。前記組成物は、熱可塑性樹脂としてポリエチレンを30質量%、無機充填材を60質量%、滑材としてステアリン酸亜鉛を10質量%含むものである。
熱可塑性樹脂であるポリエチレンのみで構成したクリーニング用線材を作製した。
実施例1および比較例1で作製したクリーニング用線材に対し、各種評価を以下の通り実施して効果を確認した。すなわち、実施例1において、3Dプリンタでのノズル充填物の置換が容易であり、その後速やかに造形用のフィラメントで充填する事が出来、速やかに造形物を得ることができた。比較例1においては、3Dプリンタでのノズル充填物の置換が困難であり、その後速やかに造形用のフィラメントで充填することが出来なかった。

Claims (5)
- 熱溶融積層方式の3Dプリンタに用いられ、造形用のフィラメントと置換して3Dプリンタのヘッドに供給されノズルから押し出しされることでノズルを洗浄する洗浄用のフィラメントであって、
表面の少なくとも一部が充填剤と潤滑剤を含む樹脂組成物により形成されており、
前記充填剤は、無機フィラー、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする洗浄用のフィラメント。 - 芯材となる第1層と、第1層を被覆する第2層とを有してなり、前記第2層が充填剤と潤滑剤を含む樹脂組成物により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の洗浄用のフィラメント。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、ポリエチレン樹脂を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の洗浄用のフィラメント。
- 前記潤滑剤は、脂肪酸金属塩であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の洗浄用のフィラメント。
- ノズルに造形用のフィラメントを供給して3次元オブジェクトを造形する熱溶融積層方式の3Dプリンタのクリーニング方法であって、
表面の少なくとも一部が無機フィラー、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維から選ばれる少なくとも1種である充填剤と潤滑剤を含む樹脂組成物により形成されている洗浄用のフィラメントを前記造形用のフィラメントと置換して3Dプリンタのヘッドに供給し、ノズルから押し出しすることで、ノズルをクリーニングすることを特徴とする3Dプリンタのクリーニング方法。
