Description
実施例1
ポリウレタン系形状記憶ポリマー(SMPテクノロジー社製、商品名MM−5520)にガラスファイバーを10質量%配合して原料組成物とし、これを押出機にて溶融混練した後、ダイコアへ供給し、ダイコアに設けられた口金から引出した。この口金である程度線径や線形を整えて線条樹脂成形体に賦形したのち、冷却固化する水槽の入口部にサイジングを設けて、このサイジング部において線条樹脂成形体の最終的な断面形状(線径および線形)を整えた。サイジング部において形状を賦形した後、水槽にて冷却固化して、巻取機にて巻取りを行なった。さらに、巻取機から送り出された線条樹脂成形体はボビンに巻き取った。
ポリウレタン系形状記憶ポリマー(SMPテクノロジー社製、商品名MM−5520)のみを原料として用い、他は実施例1と同様に線条樹脂成形体を作製した。
市販のポリ乳酸フィラメントを入手し、これを線条樹脂成形体として用いた。
作製した線条樹脂成形体を用い、3Dプリンタ(ボンサイラボ社製、商品名BS−01)にて3Dモデルの造形を行い、造形性を評価した。また、造形物の強度と復元力を引張試験にて剛性を測定することで評価した。なお、造形物を造形する際の条件として、215℃にて造形した。
ガラスファイバーの配合量を1質量%、3質量%、5質量%、15質量%、30質量%、40質量%とし、実施例1と同様にして線条樹脂成形体(実施例2〜実施例7)を作製した。ガラスファイバーの配合量を3質量%〜30質量%とした実施例3〜実施例6の線条樹脂成形体は、実施例1と同様、造形性が良好であり、造形に際して形状が崩れることはなかった。ガラスファイバーの配合量が少ない(1質量%)実施例2の線条樹脂成形体は、若干の形状の崩れが認められたが、比較例1と比べると、形状の崩れの程度は少なかった。ガラスファイバーの配合量が多い(40質量%)実施例7の線条樹脂成形体は、造形性には優れたものであったが、成形物において層間剥離が生じていた。

Claims (5)
- 熱溶融積層方式の3Dプリンタに用いられる線条樹脂成形体であって、
形状記憶樹脂を含み、無機充填材を含有する原料樹脂組成物を溶融混錬し、押出機から押し出すことで形成されたことを特徴とする線条樹脂成形体。 - 前記無機充填材がガラスファイバであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の線条樹脂成形体。
- 前記無機充填材がカーボンファイバであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の線条樹脂成形体。
- 無機充填材の含有量が、3質量%〜30質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の線条樹脂成形体。
- 熱溶融積層方式の3Dプリンタに用いられる線条樹脂成形体の製造方法であって、
形状記憶樹脂を含み、無機充填材を含有する原料樹脂組成物を溶融混錬し、押出機から押し出すことを特徴とする線条樹脂成形体の製造方法。
