Abstract
Description
実施例1
ポリウレタン系形状記憶ポリマー(SMPテクノロジー社製、商品名MM−5520)を原料として用い、これを押出機にて溶融混練した後、ダイコアへ供給し、ダイコアに設けられた口金から引出した。この時、エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体を共押出しすることで、ポリウレタン系形状記憶ポリマーを内層材、ポリエチレンを外層とする線条樹脂成形体とした。
ポリエチレンの代わりにエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体を外層とし、他は実施例1と同様に線条樹脂成形体を作製した。
ポリウレタン系形状記憶ポリマー(SMPテクノロジー社製、商品名MM−5520)のみを原料として用い、単層の線条樹脂成形体を作製した。
比較例1で作製した単層の線条樹脂成形体の外周面に水蒸気バリア組成物(住友化学社製、商品名EXCEVIER NOH1200)を塗布して外層を形成し、2層構成の線条樹脂成形体を得た。
作製した線条樹脂成形体を用い、3Dプリンタ(ボンサイラボ社製、商品名BS−01)にて3Dモデルの造形を行い、湿潤な環境下に保管する前後の造形物の復元力を引張試験にて剛性を測定することで評価した。なお、造形物を造形する際の条件として、215℃にて造形した。

Claims (6)
- 形状記憶ポリマーを含む内層材の外側に水分子の侵入をバリアする水バリア材からなる外層を有する線条樹脂成形体。
- 前記水バリア材が吸水性の低い材料、または水蒸気バリア性を有する材料であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の線条樹脂成形体。
- 前記水バリア材は、吸水性が0.1%以下であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の線条樹脂成形体。
- 熱溶融積層方式の3Dプリンタに用いられる線条樹脂成形体であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の線条樹脂成形体。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の線条樹脂成形体を用い、熱溶融積層方式の3Dプリンタによって形成される構造体。
- 歯列矯正具に用いられることを特徴とする請求項5記載の構造体。
