Claims (3)
- 坩堝内に溜められたFe−Ga基合金の原料が溶融した原料融液が、最小寸法が1〜3 mm の範囲である孔から、0.3〜50 mm/分 の範囲の速度で前記坩堝外へと引き出されて、磁歪材料となるFe−Ga基合金単結晶が育成されることを特徴とする磁歪材料の製造方法。
- 前記孔の位置に於ける温度と前記孔の位置から10 mm 離れた位置に於ける温度との温度差が50 ℃ 以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁歪材料の製造方法。
- 前記坩堝外へと引き出す前記速度が0.5〜10 mm/分 の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁歪材料の製造方法。
