Description
(1) 帯状の平型導体の外周を絶縁性の被覆で覆った平型配索材と、前記平型配索材の途中位置の前記被覆を除去して露出させた前記平型導体の導体平面に垂直に起立して接合したボルトと、回路導体を介して前記ボルトに導通するコネクタを有し、貫通した前記ボルトに締結固定される回路基板と、前記ボルトが前記回路基板を貫通するためのボルト貫通孔をケース底壁に有するとともに前記コネクタのコネクタ嵌合部が外方に露出するように前記回路基板を覆うケースと、を備えることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。
本実施形態に係る配索材の接続構造は、将来のワイヤハーネス配索形態として予想されるバックボーンワイヤハーネス(バッテリーケーブル中間に電源分配ボックスを接続し、電源分配ボックスより電源分配する形態)において、接続信頼性及び止水性に優れた接続構造を提供するものである。
本実施形態に係る配索材の接続構造は、平型配索材15と、ボルト19と、回路基板23と、ケース25とを必須な構成として有し、インパネワイヤハーネス12の中間部に配置されて別の配索材18が分岐接続される制御ボックス20を構成している。
また、本実施形態に係る配索材の接続構造は、上記の必須な構成に加え、ボルト19の外周に装着される環状パッキン27(図3参照)をその他の主要な構成として有する。
本実施形態に係る配索材の接続構造を備えた配索材接続部13は、取りだし部43を備える。取りだし部43は、厚み方向に積層された複数の平型配索材15(即ち、積層配索体37)において、上側の平型配索材33を避けて下側の平型配索材35の導体平面を取り出すための部分である。
なお、本実施形態においては上側の平型配索材33と下側の平型配索材35との双方が略半円形で曲げられているが、迂回部45は、上側の平型配索材33と下側の平型配索材35との何れか一方が曲げられる構成であってもよい。
なお、配索材接続部13における取りだし部43は、図5に示すように、切欠部47とすることができる。切欠部47は、上側の平型配索材33の延在方向に直交する幅方向の一側縁を切り欠いて、他のボルト19を挿通するための空間である。
本実施形態に係る配索材の接続構造では、予めアンダーケース55に回路基板23を固定しておく。また、積層配索体37の迂回部45に設けられたそれぞれのボルト19には、環状パッキン27を装着しておく。アンダーケース55は、ボルト貫通孔67にボルト19の雄ねじ部39が挿入される。
本実施形態に係る配索材の接続構造では、帯状の平型配索材15の途中位置の被覆31を除去して露出させた平型導体29の導体平面に、ボルト19が垂直に起立して接合される。このボルト19には、回路基板23を覆うケース25のケース底壁65を貫通して回路基板23が締結される。回路基板23には、ボルト19と導通するコネクタ51が設けられており、コネクタ51のコネクタ嵌合部52がケース25の外方へ露出する。
また、平型配索材15が例えばサブアッセンブリされる主要な電源線である場合、この電源線が分割されないため、電線品番も削減できる。
そこで、本構成の配索体の接続構造では、取りだし部43が設けられている。取りだし部43は、上側の平型配索材33が、下側の平型配索材35の上面に設けたボルト19への導通接続に邪魔にならないよう作用する。

前記平型配索材の途中位置の前記被覆を除去して露出させた前記平型導体の導体平面に垂直に起立して接合したボルト(19)と、
回路導体(50)を介して前記ボルトに導通するコネクタ(51)を有し、貫通した前記ボルトに締結固定される回路基板(23)と、
前記ボルトが前記回路基板を貫通するためのボルト貫通孔(67)をケース底壁(65)に有するとともに前記コネクタのコネクタ嵌合部(52)が外方に露出するように前記回路基板を覆うケース(25)と、
を備えることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。
[2] 上記[1]に記載の配索材の接続構造であって、
厚み方向に積層された複数の前記平型配索材(15)において、上側の前記平型配索材(33)を避けて下側の前記平型配索材(35)の前記導体平面に接合された前記ボルト(19)を取り出すための取りだし部(43)を備えることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。
[3] 上記[2]に記載の配索材の接続構造であって、
前記取りだし部(43)が、前記平型配索材(15)の幅方向に曲げられて前記平型配索材(15)同士の重なりから外れるための迂回部(45)であることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。
[4] 上記[2]に記載の配索材の接続構造であって、
前記取りだし部(43)が、上側の前記平型配索材(33)の延在方向に直交する幅方向の一側縁を切り欠いて前記ボルト(19)を挿通するための切欠部(47)であることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。
[5] 上記[1]〜[4]の何れか1つに記載の配索材の接続構造であって、
前記ボルト(19)の外周に装着された環状パッキン(27)が、前記ケース底壁(65)と前記平型配索材(15)との間を水密にシールすることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。

- 帯状の平型導体の外周を絶縁性の被覆で覆った平型配索材と、
前記平型配索材の途中位置の前記被覆を除去して露出させた前記平型導体の導体平面に垂直に起立して接合したボルトと、
回路導体を介して前記ボルトに導通するコネクタを有し、貫通した前記ボルトに締結固定される回路基板と、
前記ボルトが前記回路基板を貫通するためのボルト貫通孔をケース底壁に有するとともに前記コネクタのコネクタ嵌合部が外方に露出するように前記回路基板を覆うケースと、
を備えることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。 - 請求項1に記載の配索材の接続構造であって、
厚み方向に積層された複数の前記平型配索材において、上側の前記平型配索材を避けて下側の前記平型配索材の前記導体平面に接合された前記ボルトを取り出すための取りだし部を備えることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。 - 請求項2に記載の配索材の接続構造であって、
前記取りだし部が、前記平型配索材の幅方向に曲げられて前記平型配索材同士の重なりから外れるための迂回部であることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。 - 請求項2に記載の配索材の接続構造であって、
前記取りだし部が、上側の前記平型配索材の延在方向に直交する幅方向の一側縁を切り欠いて前記ボルトを挿通するための切欠部であることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の配索材の接続構造であって、
前記ボルトの外周に装着された環状パッキンが、前記ケース底壁と前記平型配索材との間を水密にシールすることを特徴とする配索材の接続構造。
