Description
Claims (17)
- 第1の回転軸線を中心にして回転することができる第1のプーリ手段と、第2の回転軸線を中心にして回転することができる第2のプーリ手段と、前記第1のプーリ手段および前記第2のプーリ手段の両方に通される細長い可撓エンドレス伝達要素とを備えており、前記第1のプーリ手段は、前記第1の回転軸線の軸方向に調節可能である2つのシーブと、調節手段とを備え、前記調節手段は、前記2つの調節可能なシーブを互いに接近および互いに離間するように前記第1の回転軸線の軸方向に移動させることで、前記伝達要素が前記第1のプーリ手段に通される前記第1のプーリ手段の作動半径を設定するように構成されている、連続可変変速機であって、
前記第1のプーリ手段は、前記作動半径を維持しつつ、前記伝達要素が前記第1のプーリ手段に軸方向に作用させる力の影響下で、前記2つの可動なシーブを前記第1の回転軸の軸方向に一緒に移動させる整列手段を備えており、
前記整列手段は、前記整列手段の一部を形成するばね手段からのばね力に抗して、前記調節手段および前記2つの可動なシーブを軸方向に一緒に移動させるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする連続可変変速機。 - 前記ばね手段は、第1のばねおよび第2のばねを備え、前記2つの可動なシーブのうちの第1の可動なシーブは、前記第1のばねに対するばね張力のもとで保持され、前記2つの可動なシーブのうちの第2の可動なシーブは、前記第1のばねの反対の方向に作用する前記第2のばねに対するばね張力のもとで保持される、請求項1に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記第1のばねおよび前記第2のばねは、前記2つの可動なシーブが取り付けられたシャフト内に設けられる、請求項2に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記第1のばねのばね定数および前記第2のばねのばね定数は、少なくとも実質的に同じである、請求項2または3に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記調節手段は、使用時に前記2つの可動なシーブをお互いに向かって押す、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記調節手段は、圧力チャンバを備え、圧力媒体によって前記圧力チャンバ内に生成される圧力に応じて前記第1のプーリ手段の前記作動半径が決定される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記調節手段は、前記圧力チャンバ内の圧力が上昇するときに前記2つの可動なシーブをお互いに向かって押すように構成されている、請求項6に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記圧力チャンバは、前記2つの可動なシーブが取り付けられたシャフトに対して同心に設けられ、前記シャフトの中心軸が、前記第1の回転軸であり、前記シャフトは、前記圧力チャンバに対して回転可能である、請求項6または7に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記圧力チャンバは、少なくとも部分的に中空な円筒体内に設けられ、軸受が、前記2つの可動なシーブが取り付けられた前記シャフト上に前記中空な円筒体を回転可能に支持するように設けられている、請求項8に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記圧力チャンバは、前記圧力チャンバに前記圧力媒体を出し入れするための入口開口を備えている、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 第1のピストン体および第2のピストン体が、前記シーブが取り付けられた前記シャフトと前記円筒体との間の環状部に設けられ、前記第1のピストン体は、前記2つの可動なシーブのうちの第1の可動なシーブに接続され、前記第2のピストン体は、前記2つの可動なシーブのうちの第2の可動なシーブに接続される、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記2つの可動なシーブが取り付けられたシャフトを備え、前記シャフトの中心軸が、前記第1の回転軸であり、前記シャフトは、クランクが取り付けられるように構成されたクランクシャフトである、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記整列手段は、前記第1のプーリ手段および前記第2のプーリ手段が互いに離して取り付けられたフレームに対して、前記2つのシーブを軸方向に一緒に移動させるように構成されている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の連続可変変速機を備える車両。
- 前記車両は、サイクルであり、前記中空な円筒体は、前記サイクルのフレームの少なくとも一部分によって形成される、請求項14に記載の車両および請求項9に記載の連続可変変速機。
- 前記サイクルは、変速比を決定するために前記入口開口へと接続された制御装置を備える、請求項15に記載の車両および請求項10に記載の連続可変変速機。
- シャシなどのフレームを備え、前記変速機は、前記フレームに固定されたハウジングを備え、前記第1のプーリ手段および前記第2のプーリ手段は、前記ハウジング内に互いに離して取り付けられ、前記第1のプーリ手段の前記シャフトは、軸方向の移動に関して前記ハウジングに堅固に接続され、前記整列手段は、使用時に前記2つのシーブを一緒に前記シャフトに対して軸方向に移動させるように構成されている、請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
