Claims (14)
- 自動車(1)の座席システム(3)のための安全システム(2)の操作方法であって、
座席システム(3)の座席(5、6)に座っている車両の搭乗者(9、10)が電子データ眼鏡(11、12)を着用したかどうかを検出し、
車両の搭乗者(9、10)が電子データ眼鏡(11、12)を着用したときに、車両の座席(5、6)と内装要素(15、4)との間に所定の最小距離(A1、A2)があるかどうかを確認し、
最小距離(A1、A2)が存在する場合には、座席システム(3)の調節範囲を、最小距離(A1、A2)を超えないように制限し、
最小距離(A1、A2)が存在しない場合には、座席システム(3)を自動調節して最小距離(A1、A2)を確立するか、最小距離(A1、A2)が確立されていないことに関するメッセージを発行するかの、少なくともいずれかとする、
ことを特徴とする自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。 - 車両の座席が前部席(5)である場合に、最小距離(A1)を、前部席(5)と、エアバッグ(16)が組み込まれたダッシュボード(15)との間の距離に関連させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- 最小距離(A1)が存在する場合に、前部席(5)の調節範囲を、前部席(5)とダッシュボード(15)との間の最小距離(A1)を下回らないように制限することを特徴とする請求項2記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- 最小距離(A1)を下回った場合に、前部席(5)とダッシュボード(15)との間の最小距離(A1)が確立されるように前部席(5)を自動的に調節するか、最小距離(A1)が確立されていないことに関するメッセージを発行するかの、少なくともいずれかとすることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- 車両の座席が後部席(6)である場合に、最小距離(A2)を、後部席(6)と、その前に配置された前部席(4)の背もたれとの間の距離に関連させることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- 最小距離(A2)が存在する場合に、前部席(4)の調節範囲を、前部席(4)の背もたれと後部席(6)との間の最小距離(A2)を超えないように制限することを特徴とする請求項5記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- 最小距離(A2)を下回った場合に、前部席(4)の背もたれと後部席(6)との間の最小距離(A2)が確立されるように、前部席(4)を自動的に調節するか、最小距離(A1)が確立されていないことに関するメッセージを発行するかの、少なくともいずれかとすることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- 最小距離(A1、A2)が存在しない限り、最小距離(A1、A2)が確立されていないことに関するメッセージを発行する可能性を除いて、電子データ眼鏡(11、12)を無効化することを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- 車両の搭乗者(9、10)が自動車(1)の電子データ眼鏡(11、12)を着用した後に、電子データ眼鏡(11、12)を使用して、車両の搭乗者(9、10)が座っている場所を照会することを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- カメラシステムを使用して、車両の搭乗員(9、10)が電子データ眼鏡(11、12)をかけているかどうかを判断することを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- 最小距離(A1、A2)を、車両の搭乗者(9、10)のサイズの関数として、特に車両の搭乗者(9、10)の上半身の長さの関数として、個別に指定することを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- 座席システム(3)の自動調節を、手動で確認した後にのみ行うことを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の自動車の座席システムのための安全システムの操作方法。
- 自動車(1)の座席システム(3)のための安全システム(2)であって、
座席システム(3)の車両座席(5、6)に座っている車両搭乗者(9、10)が電子データ眼鏡(11、12)を着用したかどうかを検出するように設計された検出装置(13)と、制御装置(14)とを含み、
前記制御装置(14)は、
車両の搭乗者(9、10)が電子データ眼鏡(11、12)を着用した場合に、車両の座席(5、6)と内部コンポーネント(15、4)との間に所定の最小距離(A1、A2)が存在するかどうかを確認し、
最小距離(A1、A2)が存在する場合には、最小距離(A1、A2)を超えることができないように座席システム(3)の調節範囲を制限し、
最小距離(A1、A2)が存在しない場合には、座席システム(3)を自動調節して最小距離(A1、A2)を確立するか、最小距離(A1、A2)が確立されていないことに関するメッセージを発行するかの、少なくともいずれかとするものである、
ことを特徴とする自動車の座席システムのための安全システム。 - 請求項13に記載の安全システム(2)を備えていることを特徴とする自動車(1)。
