Claims (9)
- プリント基板(4)を備え、このプリント基板が互いに離隔された2つのプリント配線端部(6a、6b)を備えた、電流を案内するプリント配線(6)を有し、前記プリント配線端部が遮断個所(10)を形成し、この遮断個所が、初期応力のないように製作された、温度ヒューズとしての接触弓形部材(8)によって架橋され、前記プリント配線(6)に前記接触弓形部材(8)が設けられる、電動機の電子モジュール(2)であって、
前記接触弓形部材(8)が複数回曲げられ開放した弓形部材ループ(12)と、はんだを用いて両プリント配線端部(6a、6b)に接触する接触脚部(14)と、プリント基板開口部(22)に挿着される脚部端部(20)を有する固定脚部(16)とを備え、
前記固定脚部(16)の前記脚部端部(20)が前記プリント基板開口部(22)よりも大きな寸法を有し、
前記接触弓形部材(8)が内部初期応力を発生するように変形させられている状態で前記プリント基板(4)に固定され、
前記接触脚部(14)と前記固定脚部(16)の間に、前記接触弓形部材(8)の前記弓形部材ループ(12)の上方へ曲げられたループ区間(12a、12e)と、少なくとも3つの曲げ個所(24a、24b、24c、24d)を有する中央ループ区間(12b、12c、12d)とが形成され、
前記弓形部材ループ(12)の前記中央ループ区間(12b、12c、12d)が前記接触脚部(14)および/または前記固定脚部(16)よりも大きな区間幅を有する、

- 前記接触弓形部材(8)の前記弓形部材ループ(12)が前記固定脚部(16)寄りのループ側に、前記接触弓形部材(8)を変形するための予定曲げ個所(24d)を形成しつつ曲げられたループ区間(12d)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電子モジュール(2)。
- 前記弓形部材ループ(12)の前記中央ループ区間(12b、12c、12d)に、打抜き開口部(26)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電子モジュール(2)。
- 前記打抜き開口部(26)が前記中央ループ区間(12b、12c、12d)の3個の前記曲げ個所(24b、24c、24d)の少なくとも1個にわたって延在していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電子モジュール(2)。
- 前記固定脚部(16)が前記プリント基板(4)、はんだパッド(18)に載る載置区間(16a)と、この載置区間(16a)よりも狭い区間幅を有する上方に曲げられた脚部区間(16b)とを備え、前記脚部区間の区間端部が前記プリント基板開口部(22)に挿着される脚部端部(20)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電子モジュール(2)。
- 前記接触弓形部材(8)の前記固定脚部(16)の上方に曲げられたS字状脚部区間(16b)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電子モジュール(2)。
- 前記固定脚部(16)の上方に曲げられた前記S字状脚部区間(16b)が 前記接触弓形部材(8)を変形する活性化工具(28)のための載置面または支持面(16c)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電子モジュール(2)。
- 自動車の調整システムまたは調整駆動装置の電動機のために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電子モジュール(2)。
