Description
Claims (10)
- タッチパネルを形成する方法であって、
可視領域及び周辺領域を含む基板を用意する工程と、
金属層を形成する工程であって、
前記基板の前処理を実行し、
前記基板の表面の1つ以上の特性を調整し、
前記基板の前記表面上に触媒中心を形成し、
前記触媒中心の活性を調整し、
前記基板の前記表面上に無電解めっきを実行して、前記金属層を形成する工程と、
金属ナノワイヤ層の第1部分が前記可視領域に位置し、金属ナノワイヤ層の第2部分が前記周辺領域に位置するように、金属ナノワイヤ層を形成する工程と、
前記金属層及び前記金属ナノワイヤ層をエッチングするエッチング液を使用して、前記金属層を複数の周辺リード配線に形成すると同時に、前記金属ナノワイヤ層の前記第2部分を複数のエッチング層に形成するパターニングプロセスを実行する工程と、
を含む、
方法。 - 前記パターニングプロセスを実行する工程は、前記エッチング液を使用して、前記金属ナノワイヤ層の前記第1部分をタッチ感知電極に形成することをさらに含み、
前記タッチ感知電極は、前記基板の前記可視領域に配置され、前記周辺リード配線に電気的に接続される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記パターニングプロセスを実行する工程は、前記エッチング液を用いて前記金属層を複数の指定部に形成することをさらに含み、
前記エッチング層は、複数の第1カバー及び複数の第2カバーを含み、複数の前記第1カバーのそれぞれの第1カバーは、複数の前記周辺リード配線の対応する周辺リード配線上に配置され、複数の前記第2カバーのそれぞれの第2カバーは、複数の指定部の対応する指定部上に配置される、
請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - フィルム層を形成することをさらに含む、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記基板の前処理を実行することは、前記基板の洗浄、脱脂、粗面化を含む、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記基板の前記表面の1つ以上の特性を調整することは、前記表面の表面電位、表面張力、及び親水性を調整することを含む、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記基板の前記表面の1つ以上の特性を調整することは、前記表面を正に帯電させることを含む、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記基板の前記表面上に前記触媒中心を形成することは、
コロイド状金属活性溶液を用意し、
コロイド状金属活性溶液のコロイド状金属を前記表面に付着させ、第1活性を有する前記触媒中心を形成することを含む、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記触媒中心の活性を調節することは、前記コロイド状金属活性溶液のコロイドを除去して、第2活性を有する前記触媒中心を形成することを含み、
前記第2活性は前記第1活性よりも高い、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、前記基板の1つの面又は2つの対向する面上で実行される、
請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
