Claims (10)
- 受光面および裏面を有する太陽電池の複数が配線材により電気的に接続された太陽電池ストリング;前記太陽電池ストリングの受光面側に配置される光透過性の受光面保護材;前記太陽電池ストリングの裏面に配置される裏面保護材;ならびに前記受光面保護材と前記裏面保護材との間に設けられ前記太陽電池ストリングを封止する封止材、を有する太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記太陽電池は、受光面に金属電極を有さず、裏面にのみ金属電極が設けられており、前記太陽電池の受光面には四角錐形状の凹凸構造が設けられており、
前記配線材は、第一主面、第二主面および側面を有し、第一主面の全面に凹凸構造が設けられ、かつ第一主面の全面に導電性黒色層が設けられており、
前記配線材の第一主面の凹凸構造は、三角柱形状または角錐形状の凹凸が規則的に並んだ構造であり、
前記導電性黒色層は、前記配線材の母材の表面に設けられたパラジウムを含むメッキ金属層であり、
前記太陽電池の裏面に設けられた金属電極が、前記配線材の第一主面と接続されている、
太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記配線材の第一主面の凹凸構造の高さが0.1〜500μmである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記配線材の第一主面の凹凸構造の高さが0.5〜20μmである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記配線材の側面にも前記導電性黒色層が設けられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記配線材の母材が銅である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記導電性黒色層がPd−Cu合金層である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記導電性黒色層が無電解メッキ層である、請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池の裏面に設けられた金属電極と前記配線材とを電気的に接続する導電性接続材料が、受光面から視認される領域に設けられていない、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池の裏面に設けられた金属電極と、前記配線材の第一主面とが、半田接続されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記裏面保護材は黒色シートである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
