Description
Claims (8)
- 接続箱であって、
カバーと、
第1の側部及び第2の側部を備えるベースであり、前記第1の側部が太陽電池パネルに取り付けられるように構成され、前記第2の側部が複数のコネクタ及び回路を含み、前記複数のコネクタが太陽光発電機のサブストリングを前記回路に電気的に結合するように適合され、前記回路がサブストリングをバイパスするように構成される、ベースと、
前記カバーは、前記ベースの第2の側部を覆うように構成されており、
前記回路は、
前記複数のコネクタのそれぞれを別個のバイパス機構に電気的に結合するように適合され、多方向ヒートスプレッダとして機能するように構成された、複数のバスバーと、
前記太陽電池パネルから収集した電力をそれぞれ出力するように構成された第1の出力導体及び第2の出力導体であり、前記第1の出力導体は、第1のバスバーに結合され、前記第2の出力導体は、第2のバスバーに結合される、第1の出力導体及び第2の出力導体と、含み、
前記カバー上に取り付けられており、前記カバーが前記ベースの上に配置されるときに前記ベースの第1のバスバー及び第2のバスバーに電気的に結合するように構成されたバイパス機構と、を備える、接続箱。 - 前記カバーが前記ベースの上に配置されるときに、前記カバー上に取り付けられたバイパス機構が前記第2のバスバーに導電ロッドで結合される、請求項1に記載の接続箱。
- 前記カバーが前記ベースの上に配置されるときに前記カバー上に取り付けられたバイパス機構に電気的に結合するように構成された付加的なバスバーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の接続箱。
- 前記カバー上に取り付けられた前記バイパス機構が、前記第1のバスバー及び前記第2のバスバーを嵌合機構で接続するように構成される、請求項1に記載の接続箱。
- 前記カバーが、他の接続箱又はパワーデバイスに接続するように構成された出力コネクタをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の接続箱。
- 前記カバーが、制御ユニット及び電力変換器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の接続箱。
- 方法であって、
接続箱ベースを太陽光発電機上に取り付けることと、
前記太陽光発電機のサブストリングの出力を前記接続箱ベース内に取り付けられたコネクタ及び回路に電気的に結合することと、前記回路は、複数のバスバー及び複数のバイパス機構を備え、
第1の出力導体を第1のバスバーに及び第2の出力導体を第2のバスバーに電気的に結合することと、
前記接続箱ベースを接続箱カバーで覆うことと、
前記接続箱カバーに取り付けられたバイパス機構を前記接続箱ベースに取り付けられた前記回路の前記第1のバスバー及び前記第2のバスバーで電気的に結合することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記接続箱ベース内に取り付けられた回路を前記接続箱カバーに熱的に結合することをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
