Claims (4)
- 帯状体が炉内で搬送されて処理される状態をシミュレーションする帯状体の処理状態シミュレーション方法において、前記の帯状体を炉内で搬送させる搬送路を設定すると共に、前記の帯状体を搬送路に沿って搬送させて炉内において処理する処理条件を設定し、前記の帯状体と同じ特性を有する粘度が0.6mPa・s以上の高粘度の流体が帯状体と同じ速度で前記の搬送路に沿って流れるとみなして流体解析を行い、炉内を搬送される帯状体の処理状態をシミュレーションすることを特徴とする帯状体の処理状態シミュレーション方法。
- 請求項1に記載の帯状体の処理状態シミュレーション方法において、前記の高粘度の流体が層流状態で前記の搬送路に沿って流れると設定することを特徴とする帯状体の処理状態シミュレーション方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の帯状体の処理状態シミュレーション方法において、前記の高粘度の流体に、シミュレーションする帯状体の厚み、幅、密度、比熱、熱伝導率の特性を設定してシミュレーションすることを特徴とする帯状体の処理状態シミュレーション方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の帯状体の処理状態シミュレーション方法において、シミュレーションする帯状体の材質が金属であることを特徴とする帯状体の処理状態シミュレーション方法。
