Description
Claims (5)
- 噴射時間によって噴射量を制御する燃料噴射装置(8)と、燃料噴射装置(8)によって内燃機関の1サイクル中に少なくとも1回の燃料噴射を行わせる制御部(10)と、少なくともエンジン回転数、スロットルバルブ開度の情報に基づいて前記燃料噴射の噴射量を算出する噴射量算出部(50)とを有する燃料噴射制御装置において、
前記噴射量算出部(50)は、前記噴射量を所定時間毎に算出し、
前記制御部(10)が、前記燃料噴射装置(8)による燃料噴射中に、前記算出された噴射量を新たに算出された噴射量によって補正し、
前記燃料噴射を停止させる目標値が、クランク角度を基準とする噴き終わり角度(R1,R2)として予め定められており、
前記制御部(10)は、前記算出された噴射量が前記噴き終わり角度(R1,R2)で噴射し終わるタイミングで燃料噴射を開始し、
前記制御部(10)は、内燃機関の1サイクル中に、基本噴射と該基本噴射を補う追加噴射とを実行し、
内燃機関の爆発行程期間に前記基本噴射を行う期間が含まれるように、前記基本噴射の噴き終わり角度(R1)が、前記内燃機関の爆発下死点(BDC1)近傍の第1所定角度に設定されることを特徴とする燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記追加噴射は、所定時間毎に算出される噴射量から前記基本噴射による噴射済量を減算した量によって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記基本噴射の完了直後に、前記追加噴射の禁止区間(C)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記制御部(10)は、前記基本噴射の実行中に算出された噴射量が前記基本噴射の開始時より増加した場合には、前記基本噴射の噴き終わり角度(R1)を過ぎても噴射を継続することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記基本噴射の噴き終わり角度(R1)が、前記内燃機関の爆発下死点(BDC1)近傍の第1所定角度に設定され、
前記追加噴射の噴き終わり角度(R2)が、前記内燃機関の排気上死点(TDC2)後の第2所定角度に設定され、
前記追加噴射の噴き終わり角度(R2)では、燃料噴射が強制終了されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
