Description
Claims (5)
- 所定の作業を行う作業部(20)を有する本体部(14)と、
前記本体部(14)を走行させる回転駆動力を発生させる走行モータ(36)と、
前記作業部(20)に設けられ前記所定の作業を行うための動力を付与する作業モータ(28)と、
前記走行モータ(36)の回転速度に関わる情報を指示する走行操作部(54)と、
前記走行操作部(54)から指示された前記走行モータ(36)の回転速度を、前記作業部(20)にかかる負荷の変動に基づき変速する制御部(24)と、を備え、
前記制御部(24)は、前記作業モータ(28)を低速回転させる低速ステータス(LS)と、前記作業モータ(28)を高速回転させる高速ステータス(HS)と、に変更可能であり、
前記負荷が増加して第1作業閾値(To1)を当該負荷が上回ることに基づき低速ステータス(LS)から高速ステータス(HS)に移行し、前記第1作業閾値(To1)よりも低い第2作業閾値(To2)を前記負荷が下回ることに基づき高速ステータス(HS)から低速ステータス(LS)に移行し、
且つ前記制御部(24)は、前記走行モータ(36)を変速する際に前記負荷と比較する走行判定閾値(Tr)を有し、
前記走行判定閾値(Tr)は、前記第1作業閾値(To1)よりも高く設定されている
ことを特徴とする作業機(10)。 - 請求項1記載の作業機(10)において、
前記制御部(24)は、前記負荷の増加に基づき前記走行モータ(36)の回転速度を減速させる
ことを特徴とする作業機(10)。 - 請求項1記載の作業機(10)において、
前記制御部(24)は、前記作業モータ(28)の回転速度を作業目標回転数に変更している最中である回転数変更中と、前記作業モータ(28)の回転速度が前記作業目標回転数に略一致している一定回転中と、に区分される現在ステータス(PS)の情報を取得し、
且つ前記一定回転中を判定した場合に、前記走行モータ(36)の減速を許容する
ことを特徴とする作業機(10)。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の作業機(10)において、
前記制御部(24)は、前記走行モータ(36)の回転速度に関わる情報に基づき基準回転数を設定し、
且つ前記負荷に基づき前記変速を行う場合に、前記負荷に応じた前記基準回転数の速度比を示す対応マップ(96)に基づき、前記基準回転数を変更して目標走行回転数を設定する
ことを特徴とする作業機(10)。 - 請求項4記載の作業機(10)において、
前記走行操作部(54)は、ユーザの操作に基づき前記基準回転数を変動可能である
ことを特徴とする作業機(10)。
