Description
Claims (11)
- ドレープ成形における圧縮シーケンスを特定するためのシステムであって、
変形によりドレープツールを少なくとも部分的に取り囲むよう構成されたブラダであって、当該ブラダの変形に伴ってゆがむように構成された模様を有するブラダと、
前記ブラダが前記ドレープツールに沿って変形するのに伴って、前記ブラダの前記模様の連続画像の画像データを生成するよう構成されたイメージングデバイスと、
を具備するシステム。 - 前記ブラダは、前記ドレープツールに面する第1表面及び前記第1表面とは反対側の第2表面を有し、前記第2表面が前記模様を有し、前記模様は、複数の線、グリッド柄、複数の形状の配列、又はノイズ模様を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ドレープツールを支持するプレートと、
前記プレートに接続されているとともに、前記ブラダを前記ドレープツールに沿って変形させる負圧を生成するよう構成されたポンプと、
をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。 - 前記ドレープツール上に配置された1つ又は複数のプライであって、前記ブラダの移動に応じて前記ドレープツールに沿って変形して部品として成形されるよう構成された1つ又は複数のプライと、
前記ブラダ、前記1つ又は複数のプライ、又は、これらの両方を加熱するよう構成された発熱装置と、
をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。 - 前記画像データに基づいて、前記ブラダにおけるひずみを示すひずみデータを生成するよう構成されたコントロールシステムをさらに含み、前記コントロールシステムは、さらに、前記ひずみデータ、前記画像データ又はこれらの両方に基づいて、表面固定データを生成するよう構成されており、前記表面固定データは、前記ブラダが前記ドレープツールに沿って変形するのに伴って、前記ブラダにおける複数の領域が前記ドレープツールに当接する際の表面固定順序を示す、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記コントロールシステムは、前記ドレープツール、ドレープ支持体、あるいはドレープ成形プロセスの変数、に対する少なくとも1つの修正を提示するよう構成されており、前記少なくとも1つの修正は、前記表面固定データに基づく通知データから導出される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- ドレープ成形プロセスにおける圧縮シーケンスを特定するための方法であって、
ブラダがドレープツールを少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように変形する際の前記ブラダの模様の連続画像を表す画像データに基づく表面固定データであって、前記ブラダが変形するのに伴って、前記ブラダにおける複数の領域が前記ドレープツールに当接する際の表面固定順序を示す表面固定データを特定することと、
前記表面固定データに基づいて、前記ブラダにおける引張領域を示す出力データを生成することと、を含む方法。 - ノイズ模様を形成する被覆を前記ブラダの表面に設けることと、
前記画像データを1つ又は複数のイメージングデバイスから受信することと、をさらに含み、前記1つ又は複数のイメージングデバイスは、前記ブラダが前記ドレープツールに沿って変形する間の前記ブラダの複数の画像を取得する、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記出力データに基づいて部品の成形をシミュレートしてシミュレーション部品を模擬的に生成することと、
前記出力データに基づいて、コンポーネントの修正又は前記ドレープ成形プロセスの変数の修正を示す通知を生成することと、
をさらに含む、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。 - 前記出力データに基づいて、前記ドレープツールの形状を修正し、又は前記ドレープツールに隣接させてドレープ支持体を挿入し、又はドレープ支持体の形状を修正し、又はこれらの組み合わせを行って、前記ドレープ成形プロセスにより作製される部品のしわ、又は圧縮領域、又は引張領域、又はこれらの組み合わせを低減することをさらに含む、請求項7〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記表面固定順序を判定することは、前記画像データに基づいて、前記ブラダの複数の領域の各々について、これら複数の領域が前記ドレープツールに対して固定された順序を判定することを含む、請求項7〜10のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
