Description
Claims (4)
- 回転力が入力され、外周面に複数の第1のポール(pawl)が備配されるハブ軸と、
前記第1のポールの出没を制御する変速制御手段と、
中心に前記ハブ軸が貫通し、内周面にラチェットが形成されて前記第1のポールによって回転力が伝達され、異なる歯数を有する複数の駆動歯車と、
前記駆動歯車とそれぞれ噛み合い、異なる歯数を有し、互いに結合されて回転する複数の被動歯車と、
前記駆動歯車のうち隣りの駆動歯車と結合され、外周面に第2のポールが備配される出力ホイールと、
車輪のスポークが連結され、内周面にラチェットが形成されて前記第2のポールによって回転力が伝達されるハブシェルと、
を備えることを特徴とする自転車変速ハブ。 - 前記変速制御手段は、
変速のためのワイヤーと、
前記ワイヤーによって回転し、外周面にガイド孔が円周方向に対して斜めに形成されるアウターリングと、
前記アウターリングの内部に備配され、前記ガイド孔に拘束されるガイドピンが突設されて前記アウターリングの回転によって前記ハブ軸の軸方向に移動するインナーリングと、
前記インナーリングの移動によって前記第1のポールを出没させるレバーと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自転車変速ハブ。 - 前記レバーは、
前記インナーリングの移動で付勢されて前記ハブ軸の軸中心方向へ移動する入力部と、
前記入力部と結合されて前記入力部の移動によって回転する回転ロッドと、
前記回転ロッドの回転によって突出して前記第1のポールを前記ハブ軸の円周面から突出させる出力部と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自転車変速ハブ。 - 前記ハブ軸の外周面には、前記レバーが載置される載置溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自転車変速ハブ。
