Description
図1、図2、図3、図4、図5及び図6を参照しながら、高圧トランス618と高圧整流平滑回路6191から6192の構成について説明する。図1は、実施形態に係る高圧トランス618の一つをZX平面に平行な平面により切断し、−Y方向から示した図である。図1の高圧トランス618は、外鉄型単相トランスで、コア617の中央脚に一つの一次コイル616と、n個の二次コイルI11からI1nを同軸上に巻いてある。なお、図1のコア617はEER型フェライト・コアである。一次コイル616は、巻型631の上に巻かれ、コア617と絶縁される。一次コイル616は、高圧トランス618に設けられる入力側のコイルである。一次コイル616の上には、絶縁フィルム632と、シールド板633がある。n個の二次コイルI11からI1nは、絶縁層641から64nで覆われ、更に、絶縁層641から64nの外側には、導電層651から65nによって覆われている。二次コイルI11からI1nは、高圧トランス618に設けられる出力側のコイルである。

Claims (6)
- 直流電圧を交流電圧に変換するインバータ回路と、
前記インバータ回路の出力を昇圧し、入力側の一次コイルと出力側の複数の二次コイルとを備える高圧トランスと、
前記高圧トランスの出力を整流する高圧整流平滑回路と、
前記二次コイルを個別に包含する、当該二次コイルの外側に設けられる皮膜状の絶縁層であって、当該二次コイルを構成する巻線の間に空気又は不活性ガスを残すように設けられる絶縁層と、
前記二次コイルに設けられる前記絶縁層の周囲に設けられる導電層と、
を備えるX線高電圧装置。 - 前記絶縁層は、前記二次コイルに加えて前記高圧整流平滑回路を更に包含するように設けられ、前記導電層は、前記絶縁層を介して前記二次コイル及び前記高圧整流平滑回路の両方の周囲に設けられる、請求項1に記載のX線高電圧装置。
- 前記導電層は、前記高圧整流平滑回路の全面を包含し、前記高圧整流平滑回路の一点と電気的に接続されている、請求項1又は2に記載のX線高電圧装置。
- 前記導電層は、前記高圧整流平滑回路の出力端子のうち接地電圧に近い方の端子と電気的に接続されている、請求項3に記載のX線高電圧装置。
- 前記絶縁層の外側の表面は、曲面又は平面であり、
前記導電層は、前記絶縁層の外側の表面上に形成される、請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一つに記載のX線高電圧装置。 - 高電圧を発生させるX線高電圧装置と、
前記X線高電圧装置から供給される高電圧によりX線を発生させるX線管と、
を備え、
前記X線高電圧装置は、
直流電圧を交流電圧に変換するインバータ回路と、
前記インバータ回路の出力を昇圧し、入力側の一次コイルと出力側の複数の二次コイルとを備える高圧トランスと、
前記高圧トランスの出力を整流する高圧整流平滑回路と、
前記二次コイルを個別に包含する、当該二次コイルの外側に設けられる皮膜状の絶縁層であって、当該二次コイルを構成する巻線の間に空気又は不活性ガスを残すように設けられる絶縁層と、
前記二次コイルに設けられる前記絶縁層の周囲に設けられる導電層と、
を備える、医用画像診断装置。
